{"id":25871,"date":"2024-07-11T12:24:04","date_gmt":"2024-07-11T18:24:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=25871"},"modified":"2024-07-11T12:24:04","modified_gmt":"2024-07-11T18:24:04","slug":"blanca-merari-da-el-banderazo-de-inicio-de-obras-de-pavimentacion-en-leona-vicario","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/blanca-merari-da-el-banderazo-de-inicio-de-obras-de-pavimentacion-en-leona-vicario\/","title":{"rendered":"BLANCA MERARI DA EL BANDERAZO DE INICIO DE OBRAS DE PAVIMENTACI\u00d3N EN LEONA VICARIO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Leona Vicario, Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 11 de julio de 2024.- La presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz dio hoy los banderazos de inicio de dos obras de pavimentaci\u00f3n en esta comunidad, que mejorar\u00e1n significativamente la calidad de vida de las familias y abonar\u00e1n a hacer realidad la justicia social, gracias al compromiso cumplido por parte del Gobierno de Puerto Morelos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En primera instancia, la Alcaldesa acudi\u00f3 a la calle M\u00e9xico Lindo, en la colonia La Granja, para poner en marcha los trabajos de pavimentaci\u00f3n de 2,125 metros cuadrados con concreto asf\u00e1ltico, lo que representa un avance en la infraestructura urbana y, al mismo tiempo, el impulso al desarrollo y bienestar de la delegaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEste proyecto es parte de nuestro compromiso continuo con el progreso de la comunidad. Sabemos que contar con calles bien pavimentadas y se\u00f1alizadas es esencial para el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y social, ya que facilita el transporte, mejora el acceso a servicios y embellece el entorno\u201d, expuso.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este marco, la presidenta del Comit\u00e9 de la Contralor\u00eda Social, Mar\u00eda Reyes Calder\u00f3n Puc, agradeci\u00f3 a la Presidenta Municipal y a su equipo de trabajo por hacer realidad el tan anhelado sue\u00f1o de las familias de la colonia La Granja, de que la calle M\u00e9xico Lindo estuviera pavimentada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la exposici\u00f3n de motivos, Axel Rosado Ram\u00edrez, secretario municipal de Obras y Servicios P\u00fablicos, detall\u00f3 que la obra se llevar\u00e1 a cabo con recursos provenientes del Fondo de Aportaciones para el Fortalecimiento de los Municipios y de las Demarcaciones Territoriales del Distrito Federal (Fortamun).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Posteriormente, Blanca Merari encabez\u00f3 el banderazo de inicio de la pavimentaci\u00f3n de las calles Cielo y Tina, en donde expuso que se pavimentar\u00e1n 2,413.95 metros cuadrados con concreto asf\u00e1ltico, lo que garantizar\u00e1 la resistencia al tr\u00e1nsito diario que ya se registra en esta zona.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Agreg\u00f3 que, al igual que la vialidad M\u00e9xico Lindo, se aplicar\u00e1 pintura termopl\u00e1stica con microesferas. Adem\u00e1s, se colocar\u00e1n topes para controlar la velocidad de los conductores de veh\u00edculos y mototaxis, y se\u00f1al\u00e9tica vertical. \u201cEl resultado final valdr\u00e1 la pena y juntos disfrutaremos de calles m\u00e1s seguras, modernas y funcionales\u201d, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En su intervenci\u00f3n, la ciudadana Lourdes Ram\u00edrez Vidal, presidenta del Comit\u00e9 de la Contralor\u00eda Social, se sum\u00f3 al agradecimiento a la Presidenta Municipal por cumplir este compromiso con los vecinos de la zona, quienes durante muchos a\u00f1os realizaron esta petici\u00f3n sin encontrar respuesta. Relat\u00f3 que alg\u00fan d\u00eda, cuando tenga nietos, podr\u00e1 orgullosa decirles que la pavimentaci\u00f3n de esta calle fue gracias a \u201cBlanquita\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aqu\u00ed, Axel Rosado refiri\u00f3 que la obra se llevar\u00e1 a cabo con recursos provenientes del Fondo de Aportaciones para la Infraestructura Social Municipal y de las Demarcaciones Territoriales del Distrito Federal (Faismun), y forma parte del Programa de Inversi\u00f3n Anual (PIA) 2024 de Puerto Morelos.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa instrucci\u00f3n de nuestra Presidenta Municipal es que realicemos obras de larga duraci\u00f3n y alta calidad, adem\u00e1s de que en todo momento haya supervisi\u00f3n por parte de la ciudadan\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de la Contralor\u00eda Social\u201d, abund\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>A los banderazos tambi\u00e9n acudieron el s\u00edndico municipal
