{"id":25636,"date":"2024-06-24T08:46:26","date_gmt":"2024-06-24T14:46:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=25636"},"modified":"2024-06-25T08:47:42","modified_gmt":"2024-06-25T14:47:42","slug":"destacan-trabajo-de-puerto-morelos-para-contar-con-instrumentos-de-desarrollo-urbano-y-ecologico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/destacan-trabajo-de-puerto-morelos-para-contar-con-instrumentos-de-desarrollo-urbano-y-ecologico\/","title":{"rendered":"DESTACAN TRABAJO DE PUERTO MORELOS PARA CONTAR CON INSTRUMENTOS DE DESARROLLO URBANO Y ECOL\u00d3GICO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 24 de junio de 2024.\u2014 Con amplia participaci\u00f3n de sus integrantes, este mediod\u00eda sesion\u00f3 el Consejo Municipal de Ordenamiento Territorial y Desarrollo Urbano, para presentar avances de los trabajos de elaboraci\u00f3n de los instrumentos de planeaci\u00f3n urbana y ordenamiento territorial de Puerto Morelos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la sesi\u00f3n, encabezada por Rolando Leonel Melo Novelo y V\u00edctor Rodrigo Arag\u00f3n Madrigal, secretario municipal de Desarrollo Urbano y Ecolog\u00eda y director del Instituto Municipal de Planeaci\u00f3n (Implan), respectivamente, participaron el total de los 30 integrantes, entre acad\u00e9micos, representantes de ejidos y organismos empresariales, colegios de profesionales, desarrolladores y acad\u00e9micos, entre otros sectores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Miriam Madero G\u00f3mez, subsecretaria de Ordenamiento Territorial de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Territorial Urbano Sustentable (Sedetus), se\u00f1al\u00f3 que para el Gobierno del Estado es de gran importancia la agenda para la elaboraci\u00f3n o actualizaci\u00f3n de instrumentos rectores.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, destac\u00f3 el caso de Puerto Morelos, \u00fanico municipio quintanarroense que trabaja en forma paralela tres instrumentos: el Programa Municipal, Centro de Poblaci\u00f3n de Puerto Morelos y el Programa de Ordenamiento Ecol\u00f3gico Local y coment\u00f3 que esos trabajos se realizan con apoyo de la SEDATU para definir la estrategia estatal de ordenamiento territorial.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A su vez, Edgar Buenrostro Salazar, director de Operaciones Urbanas de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano (Sedatu), en un mensaje v\u00eda remota, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que ordenar, regular y controlar el ordenamiento del territorio es una instrucci\u00f3n presidencial, especialmente en zonas donde hay una presi\u00f3n derivada de actividades econ\u00f3micas como la tur\u00edstica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es necesario contar con los instrumentos de planeaci\u00f3n del desarrollo urbano y ordenamiento territorial y ecol\u00f3gico que permitan tener una hoja de ruta, para controlar de manera ordenada c\u00f3mo se va dando el proceso de ocupaci\u00f3n del territorio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese sentido, dijo que el proceso de socializaci\u00f3n de esos instrumentos debe ser amplio y responder a las observaciones de los diferentes sectores y organismos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En su turno, Lourdes Vald\u00e9s, en representaci\u00f3n del equipo consultor, expuso de forma sintetizada la estructura propuesta para el Programa Municipal de Desarrollo Urbano de Puerto Morelos y el Programa del Centro de Poblaci\u00f3n Puerto Morelos, en los cuales se incluyeron observaciones de los miembros del Consejo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>De acuerdo con su explicaci\u00f3n y las inquietudes captadas hasta el momento, se identificaron necesidades, como las de equipamiento, infraestructura y movilidad; problem\u00e1ticas, entre \u00e9stas la densificaci\u00f3n, crecimiento de la mancha urbana, invasi\u00f3n de espacios p\u00fablicos y asentamientos humanos irregulares y distintas problem\u00e1ticas, como las ambientales, deforestaci\u00f3n, contaminaci\u00f3n por aguas residuales y cambios de uso de suelo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&#8212;&#8211;00000&#8212;&#8211;<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 24 de junio de 2024.\u2014 Con amplia participaci\u00f3n de sus integrantes, este mediod\u00eda sesion\u00f3 el Consejo Municipal de Ordenamiento Territorial y Desarrollo Urbano, para presentar avances de los trabajos de elaboraci\u00f3n de los instrumentos de planeaci\u00f3n urbana y ordenamiento territorial de Puerto Morelos.
