{"id":25541,"date":"2024-06-13T14:52:03","date_gmt":"2024-06-13T20:52:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=25541"},"modified":"2026-01-05T12:31:35","modified_gmt":"2026-01-05T18:31:35","slug":"presentan-los-primeros-avances-del-programa-de-ordenamiento-ecologico-local-de-puerto-morelos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/presentan-los-primeros-avances-del-programa-de-ordenamiento-ecologico-local-de-puerto-morelos\/","title":{"rendered":"PRESENTAN LOS PRIMEROS AVANCES DEL PROGRAMA DE ORDENAMIENTO ECOL\u00d3GICO LOCAL DE PUERTO MORELOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 13 de junio de 2024.\u2014 En el marco de la Segunda Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Comit\u00e9 de Ordenamiento Ecol\u00f3gico Local de Puerto Morelos, la empresa Consultores GPA present\u00f3 hoy los avances del POEL, en cuya elaboraci\u00f3n participan los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno, agrupaciones de profesionales, acad\u00e9micos, ejidatarios y organizaciones civiles.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con lo expuesto, durante la sesi\u00f3n, que encabezaron Rolando Melo Novelo, secretario municipal de Desarrollo Urbano y Ecolog\u00eda, y V\u00edctor Rodrigo Arag\u00f3n Madrigal, director Municipal del Implan, Ricardo G\u00f3mez Lozano, responsable t\u00e9cnico de la integraci\u00f3n del POEL, explic\u00f3 que se han desarrollado las dos primeras etapas, en las cuales se recopilaron datos para su an\u00e1lisis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con base en lo anterior, se acopi\u00f3 y organiz\u00f3 la informaci\u00f3n de los actores y se elabor\u00f3 una agenda ambiental para identificar problem\u00e1ticas, conflictos y factores clave en tres puntos focales: Leona Vicario, Central Vallarta y la cabecera municipal.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El expositor indic\u00f3 que se identificaron 10 factores que se deben tener en cuenta en la elaboraci\u00f3n del POEL, entre \u00e9stos los servicios; planeaci\u00f3n y ordenamiento territorial; protecci\u00f3n, conservaci\u00f3n y restauraci\u00f3n de los recursos naturales; manejo integral de los residuos; regulaci\u00f3n de asentamientos humanos y \u00c1reas Naturales Protegidas.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, indic\u00f3 que un comit\u00e9 presentar\u00e1 un Diagn\u00f3stico Ambiental en el que se incluir\u00e1n las opiniones de expertos y se sistematizar\u00e1 la informaci\u00f3n obtenida en los talleres de participaci\u00f3n social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese sentido, Arag\u00f3n Madrigal destac\u00f3 que los diferentes sectores productivos, como el tur\u00edstico, minero, agr\u00edcola y ap\u00edcola fueron contrastados para definir conflictos, principalmente por el territorio, y su capacidad para enfrentar cambios adversos y aplicar medidas de mitigaci\u00f3n, elaborar pron\u00f3sticos, modelos y escenarios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por \u00faltimo, se indic\u00f3 que continuar\u00e1n los talleres de participaci\u00f3n social y, en la primera semana de julio, se realizar\u00e1 un taller de pron\u00f3stico.
