{"id":25529,"date":"2024-06-13T12:15:32","date_gmt":"2024-06-13T18:15:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=25529"},"modified":"2026-01-05T12:31:42","modified_gmt":"2026-01-05T18:31:42","slug":"a-pesar-de-las-lluvias-mantienen-monitoreo-ante-riesgo-de-incendios-forestales-en-puerto-morelos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/a-pesar-de-las-lluvias-mantienen-monitoreo-ante-riesgo-de-incendios-forestales-en-puerto-morelos\/","title":{"rendered":"A PESAR DE LAS LLUVIAS, MANTIENEN MONITOREO ANTE RIESGO DE INCENDIOS FORESTALES EN PUERTO MORELOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 13 de junio de 2024.\u2014 Si bien las lluvias de los \u00faltimos d\u00edas facilitan el control del fuego, para que \u00e9ste sea total es necesario que sean intensas, sostenidas y recurrentes, pues han sido parciales y no han ca\u00eddo en las zonas donde hay mayor riesgo de siniestros, manifest\u00f3 Guillermo Morales L\u00f3pez, coordinador municipal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cTodav\u00eda nos falta el periodo de calor m\u00e1s intenso, que es la can\u00edcula, que oficialmente abarcar\u00e1 del 15 de julio al 20 de agosto, periodo en el que la sequ\u00eda favorece a los incendios forestales\u201d, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Luego de aclarar que Protecci\u00f3n Civil no tiene a su cargo el combate a los incendios propiamente forestales, tarea que est\u00e1 a cargo de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional Forestal (Conafor), que cuenta con personal y recursos para esa tarea y lleva las estad\u00edsticas sobre el tema, dijo que la dependencia a su cargo atendi\u00f3 incendios y conatos tanto en Leona Vicario como en las zonas cercanas al \u00e1rea urbana de Puerto Morelos, siempre con el invaluable apoyo de Bomberos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Protecci\u00f3n Civil es coadyuvante y se encarga de manera prioritaria de la seguridad de las personas, enfatiz\u00f3. La fuerza de respuesta en el \u00e1rea urbana son los Bomberos y la Conafor en el caso de los incendios forestales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, en lo que va de la temporada, en la zona de Puerto Morelos atendimos cinco incendios consolidados, es decir, que afectaron una superficie mayor a una hect\u00e1rea, que fueron los denominados Cauich, Comisi\u00f3n Federal de Electricidad, Hueso Blanco y Las Torres, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la zona de influencia de la delegaci\u00f3n Leona Vicario atendieron otros cuatro, identificados como El Quelite, Zona de Pozos de Francisco May, Fraccionamiento Bamb\u00fa y Sacacosechas, adem\u00e1s de 13 conatos hasta el 7 de junio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En las labores de combate se ha contado con el apoyo de una brigada de 10 elementos, de los cuales el ejido Leona Vicario puso a cinco y el de Puerto Morelos a cuatro, adem\u00e1s de 10 bomberos de la Delegaci\u00f3n y ocho de la cabecera municipal, a los que se sumaron cinco trabajadores de Protecci\u00f3n Civil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Por su parte, Le\u00f3n Salas Licea, titular de Bomberos, inform\u00f3 que desde hace semanas combaten un incendio detr\u00e1s del fraccionamiento Selva Escondida, en la cabecera municipal, pero justo cuando lo sofocan a los pocos d\u00edas vuelven a reiniciarlo. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la mayor afectaci\u00f3n es generada por el humo, ya que habitantes de esa zona e incluso de Villas La Playa, tienen que respirarlo, principalmente en las
