{"id":25335,"date":"2024-02-21T12:29:28","date_gmt":"2024-02-21T18:29:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=25335"},"modified":"2024-02-21T12:29:28","modified_gmt":"2024-02-21T18:29:28","slug":"fructifera-reunion-de-la-autoridad-municipal-y-el-colegio-de-ingenieros-civiles-portomorelenses","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/fructifera-reunion-de-la-autoridad-municipal-y-el-colegio-de-ingenieros-civiles-portomorelenses\/","title":{"rendered":"FRUCT\u00cdFERA REUNI\u00d3N DE LA AUTORIDAD MUNICIPAL Y EL COLEGIO DE INGENIEROS CIVILES PORTOMORELENSES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 21 de febrero de 2024.\u2014 La presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz asisti\u00f3 esta ma\u00f1ana como invitada a una reuni\u00f3n con directivos y socios del Colegio de Ingenieros Civiles Portomorelenses, en lo que constituy\u00f3 un ejercicio para intercambiar ideas y propuestas que impulsen el desarrollo arm\u00f3nico y el bien com\u00fan en el municipio.<\/p>\n<p>Tengo inter\u00e9s por escucharlos porque estamos pr\u00f3ximos a empezar el programa anual de obra p\u00fablica y porque su opini\u00f3n sobre lo hecho y c\u00f3mo vamos es importante, indic\u00f3. Esta administraci\u00f3n municipal terminar\u00e1 su periodo en septiembre pr\u00f3ximo, pero a\u00fan hay mucho por hacer y el trabajo no puede esperar.<\/p>\n<p>La Presidenta Municipal, quien record\u00f3 que el arranque de su administraci\u00f3n se vio obstaculizado \u201cpor las cosas que antes se hicieron mal\u201d y el endeudamiento que se hered\u00f3, pidi\u00f3 paciencia a los ingenieros civiles ante su principal planteamiento: la elaboraci\u00f3n del nuevo Plan de Desarrollo Urbano (PDU).<\/p>\n<p>Si se vino abajo, por algo ser\u00e1. Lo importante es que la Federaci\u00f3n, el gobierno del Estado y el municipio ya estamos trabajando en la elaboraci\u00f3n del nuevo PDU, que estar\u00e1 listo antes de que concluya este a\u00f1o, pues la carencia de ese documento afecta incluso obras como el Tren May, subray\u00f3. Adem\u00e1s, se mantiene un di\u00e1logo con quienes rechazaron el anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Los ingenieros asociados hicieron un reconocimiento al desempe\u00f1o del gobierno municipal y destacaron la importancia de que las autoridades sean oriundas del municipio para garantizar que trabajen por el bien com\u00fan.<\/p>\n<p>A lo largo de la reuni\u00f3n se plantearon inquietudes y propuestas para impulsar el desarrollo del municipio, entre las que destacan las siguientes: constituir un banco de proyectos a corto, mediano y largo plazo; elaborar conjuntamente uno para concluir el drenaje sanitario, ya que se trata de una obra cuyas caracter\u00edsticas t\u00e9cnicas rebasan al Ayuntamiento.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, ofrecieron impulsar la propuesta para ensanchar a cuatro carriles la Ruta de los Cenotes y el acceso al Casco Antiguo; actualizar y modernizar el Catastro y crear un Consejo Catastral integrado por distintas agrupaciones de profesionales; abrir espacios en los cursos, diplomados y maestr\u00edas que imparte la CMIC al personal de la Comuna que labora en \u00e1reas como Desarrollo Urbano y Catastro e impulsar la creaci\u00f3n de un relleno sanitario municipal.<\/p>\n<p>Blanca Merari y los integrantes del Colegio coincidieron en que los proyectos deben tener respaldo t\u00e9cnico y legal, adem\u00e1s de ser \u201camables con el ecosistema\u201d, acordes con el Plan de Desarrollo del Estado y que impulsen el desarrollo sustentable del municipio.<\/p>\n<p>Los socios de la agrupaci\u00f3n asumieron el compromiso de trabajar en propuestas que no sean inconsistentes y manifestaron que, como Colegio y entidad t\u00e9cnica, ayudar\u00e1n a resolver problemas de su \u00e1rea que obstaculizan del desarrollo del municipio y generar\u00e1n proyectos que atiendan el saneamiento ambiental.<\/p>\n<p>En la reuni\u00f3n estuvieron los ingenieros civiles Heidy Dur\u00e1n Mu\u00f1oz, Javier Hern\u00e1ndez Santill\u00e1n y Edwin Mu\u00f1oz Vado,
