Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 20 de febrero de 2024.\u2014 Con el fin de acercar y facilitar a la poblaci\u00f3n la realizaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites y gesti\u00f3n de los servicios que ofrece el gobierno de Puerto Morelos, hoy se inauguraron las nuevas ofinicas de la \u201cVentanilla \u00danica\u201d, ubicadas estrat\u00e9gicamente en el centro de la cabecera municipal, en la Plaza Oasis de la avenida Zetina Gasca.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Las autoridades municipales destacaron que este es un avance significativo, una muestra de eficiencia que, al mismo tiempo, brinda mayor comodidad a empresarios y comerciantes locales al agrupar en un solo lugar personal de las \u00e1reas involucradas en la expedici\u00f3n de permisos, como la Tesorer\u00eda, Protecci\u00f3n Civil y Desarrollo Urbano. De esa forma se optimizan tiempo y recursos a quienes buscan cumplir sus obligaciones.<\/p>\n

\u201cLas licencias que entregamos este d\u00eda, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de un documento legal, simbolizan el respaldo a los emprendedores, quienes han mostrado su compromiso y responsabilidad con nuestra comunidad\u201d, se indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Por su parte, la secretaria de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y Mejora Regulatoria, Reyna Barrera L\u00f3pez, agradeci\u00f3 el apoyo para esta reubicaci\u00f3n, que permite ofrecer a los ciudadanos un mejor servicio a la vista de todos y un manejo transparente.<\/p>\n

En tanto, el director de Mejora Regulatoria, Andr\u00e9s Peralta, dio a conocer el avance de la Ventanilla \u00danica, creada en 2017 con el af\u00e1n de apoyar a las micro, peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas, sinplificar requisitos y asesorar a los contribuyentes que desean abrir un negocio desde cero.<\/p>\n

El funcionario municipal inform\u00f3 que en 2019 se integraron 340 expedientes para la apertura de negocios. De ese total, se entregraon 300 licencias de funcionamiento, lo que signific\u00f3 una efectividad del 93%; en el 2022 sumaron 415 tr\u00e1mites y entregaron 390 documentos, llegando al 94%; 2023 se alcanz\u00f3 el 97%, con 461 registros y la entrega de 445 licencias.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Refiri\u00f3 que en lo que va del primer bimestre del 2024 ya abrieron 208 expedientes, 70 negocios ya tienen su licencia de funcionamiento y 50 m\u00e1s est\u00e1n en tr\u00e1mite, en Tesoreria, demostrando que se esta alcanzando la eficiencia gubernamental.<\/p>\n

En su momento, la ciudadana Adalia Zetina Iturralde, propietaria de restaurante \u201cEneida\u201d, se congratul\u00f3 con las autoridades por escuchar la petici\u00f3n de acabar con tr\u00e1mites engorrosos y tardados mediante la Ventanilla \u00danica, con la que hoy ven resultados.<\/p>\n

Finalmente, se llev\u00f3 a cabo el corte de list\u00f3n y se entregaron las licencias de funcionamiento de los contribuyente que acudieron al evento.<\/strong><\/p>\n
