Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 5 de febrero de 2024.– Los fuertes vientos que acompa\u00f1an al frente fr\u00edo 32, con r\u00e1fagas cercanas a los 50 km\/h, causaron el desgajamiento y desplome de \u00e1rboles, al igual que la ca\u00edda de anuncios y cables del tendido el\u00e9ctrico.<\/p>\n

Le\u00f3n Salas Licea, comandante del Cuerpo de Bomberos, explic\u00f3 que, junto con otros tres elementos de la corporaci\u00f3n se mantiene pendiente desde la madrugada para apoyar a la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Por fortuna, no se reportan afectaciones mayores, excepto un autom\u00f3vil y una pick-up da\u00f1ados, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n

El funcionario aclar\u00f3 que, si bien no fue causado por el viento, a la medianoche se report\u00f3 un accidente en la carretera federal, cerca de Croco Cun, donde se volc\u00f3 un autom\u00f3vil cuyo conductor result\u00f3 con lesiones luego de que fue expulsado de la unidad durante la volcadura.<\/p>\n

En la esquina de la guarder\u00eda El Principio el viento derrib\u00f3 cables del tendido el\u00e9ctrico, que obligaron a cerrar ese sector al tr\u00e1nsito de veh\u00edculos.<\/p>\n

Algo similar ocurri\u00f3 en el fraccionamiento Bucaneros, continu\u00f3. Adem\u00e1s, cerca de la escuela 5 de Mayo se desplom\u00f3 un \u00e1rbol, lo mismo que en la calle Turipache de Villas la Playa<\/p>\n

Salas Licea coment\u00f3 que, por fortuna, no se reportan da\u00f1os en viviendas y el puerto se mantiene cerrado a la navegaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

La intensidad de los vientos comenz\u00f3 a disminuir durante la tarde y se espera que contin\u00fae as\u00ed en el transcurso de la noche.<\/p>\n
