{"id":24931,"date":"2024-01-24T10:34:32","date_gmt":"2024-01-24T16:34:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=24931"},"modified":"2024-01-24T10:34:32","modified_gmt":"2024-01-24T16:34:32","slug":"formula-ayuntamiento-de-puerto-morelos-llamado-para-trabajar-en-pro-del-bienes-tar-animal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/formula-ayuntamiento-de-puerto-morelos-llamado-para-trabajar-en-pro-del-bienes-tar-animal\/","title":{"rendered":"FORMULA AYUNTAMIENTO DE PUERTO MORELOS LLAMADO PARA TRABAJAR EN PRO DEL BIENES-TAR ANIMAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 23 de enero de 2024.\u2014 Jos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Espinosa Pay\u00e1n, secretario general del Ayuntamiento, hizo un llamado a los portomorelenses a seguir haciendo equipo en torno a causas nobles, entre \u00e9stas la b\u00fasqueda y dise\u00f1o de estrategias para el bienestar de los animales.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al intervenir en la Primera Reuni\u00f3n Ordinaria 2024 del Consejo Ciudadano Municipal para la Atenci\u00f3n y Bienestar Animal de Puerto Morelos, destac\u00f3 que en M\u00e9xico 7 de cada 10 animales dom\u00e9sticos padecen alg\u00fan tipo de maltrato; m\u00e1s del 70 por ciento de los perros y m\u00e1s del 60 por ciento de los gatos viven en situaci\u00f3n de calle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este problema nos ata\u00f1e a todos y requiere acciones coordinadas y comprometidas, a\u00f1adi\u00f3. Trabajemos unidos y compromet\u00e1monos a sumar tareas, fortalecer nuestros consejos y mejorar las estrategias para la atenci\u00f3n y bienestar de los animales, a fin de que Puerto Morelos se consolide como sociedad incluyente y respetuosa de los derechos de todos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La reuni\u00f3n, efectuada en el Sal\u00f3n de Cabildo \u201cJos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Morelos\u201d del Palacio Municipal, fue convocada para exponer la importancia de tener un Consejo para la Atenci\u00f3n y Bienestar Animal activo, firmar el acta de la Brigada de Vigilancia Animal, reestructurar sus comit\u00e9s de acci\u00f3n y exponer las modificaciones a la Ley de Protecci\u00f3n y Bienestar Animal de Quintana Roo, aprobadas en diciembre pasado por la XVII Legislatura.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese marco, Javier Carballar Osorio, director del Instituto de Biodiversidad y \u00c1reas Naturales Protegidas de Quintana Roo (Ibanqroo) indic\u00f3 que entre los seres humanos la violencia hacia las mascotas, que muchas veces son el primer contacto con la naturaleza, empieza a temprana edad y crece con el tiempo.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tenemos que trabajar fuertemente, tomados de la mano, municipios, Estado y Federaci\u00f3n, para atender este problema, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A su vez, Mar\u00eda de Lourdes Souza Hern\u00e1ndez, directora de Biodiversidad y Bienestar Animal del Ibanqroo, formul\u00f3 un reconocimiento al municipio por dar seguimiento puntual del tema de bienestar animal y se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el Consejo Consultivo estatal trabaja en una propuesta de Reglamento de la Ley de Protecci\u00f3n y Bienestar Animal de Quintana Roo, publicada en el Peri\u00f3dico Oficial del Estado en noviembre de 2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En el evento tambi\u00e9n participaron Alma Leonor Cruz Garc\u00eda, secretaria municipal de Desarrollo Social; Dafne Garc\u00eda Pe\u00f1a, directora de Protecci\u00f3n y Bienestar Animal; Ignacio S\u00e1nchez Herrera, director general de Fomento Agropecuario; Efr\u00e9n Froyl\u00e1n S\u00e1nchez, jefe del Departamento de Protecci\u00f3n y Bienestar Animal en la Zona Norte de la Procuradur\u00eda de Protecci\u00f3n al Ambiente de Quintana Roo y la regidora Adriana Nava G\u00f3mez, entre otras personas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&#8212;&#8211;00000&#8212;&#8211;<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 23 de enero de 2024.\u2014 Jos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Espinosa Pay\u00e1n, secretario general del Ayuntamiento, hizo un llamado a los portomorelenses a seguir haciendo equipo en torno a causas nobles, entre \u00e9stas la b\u00fasqueda y dise\u00f1o de estrategias para el bienestar de los animales.
