Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 18 de enero de 2024.\u2014 El gobierno de Puerto Morelos, que preside Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, por conducto de la Contralor\u00eda municipal, mantiene acciones permanentes para fortalecer la transparencia y la conducci\u00f3n \u00e9tica y eficiente de los servidores p\u00fablicos, como parte del eje Buen Gobierno, del Plan Municipal de Desarrollo 2021-2024.<\/p>\n

Al respecto, la titular de la Contralor\u00eda, Leticia Ram\u00edrez Cetina, dio a conocer que esa instancia lleva a cabo una campa\u00f1a de capacitaci\u00f3n constante dirigida a servidores p\u00fablicos, que se deben a la ciudadan\u00eda en el ejercicio de la administraci\u00f3n, a fin de generar confianza en las acciones de gobierno para el desarrollo y beneficio del municipio y sus habitantes.<\/p>\n

\u201cSomos el \u00e1rea vigilante del buen funcionamiento de las diferentes secretar\u00edas y direcciones del Ayuntamiento, para que cumplan con las normas y procesos establecidos, asegurando que contemos con servidores p\u00fablicos de vocaci\u00f3n que desempe\u00f1en su cargo con \u00e9tica\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Leticia Ram\u00edrez explic\u00f3 que ser\u00e1 en febrero y marzo cuando impartan el curso \u201cAnticorrupci\u00f3n y conductas penales cometidas por servidores p\u00fablicos\u201d y un taller dirigido a elementos de Seguridad P\u00fablica para prevenir delitos por hechos de corrupci\u00f3n.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Abund\u00f3 que, en el curso, se abordar\u00e1n el contexto global y nacional de la corrupci\u00f3n; el marco general del Sistema Anticorrupci\u00f3n en M\u00e9xico y funci\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Combate a la Corrupci\u00f3n del Estado de Quintana Roo, adem\u00e1s de temas como Principios de \u00c9tica e Integridad en el Servicio P\u00fablico, el Rol de las contralor\u00edas y Delitos por conductas contables o contra la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, entre otros.<\/p>\n

\u201cNos enfocamos en temas de perspectiva de g\u00e9nero y trabajamos de la mano con personal del Tribunal de Justicia Administrativa en temas del c\u00f3digo de \u00e9tica, para concientizar a los servidores p\u00fablicos en el \u00e1mbito laboral, con mayor \u00e9nfasis para quienes dan trato o atenci\u00f3n al ciudadano\u201d, refiri\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Asimismo, la funcionaria municipal destac\u00f3 que en el caso del taller dirigido a polic\u00edas se abordar\u00e1n temas sobre su actuaci\u00f3n como primeros respondientes en hechos delictivos y llamadas de auxilio. En este caso se tocar\u00e1n temas como: Marco Jur\u00eddico de las Funciones de Primer Respondiente; Principios Rectores del Proceso Penal, Acusatorio y Oral; Principios que rigen la actuaci\u00f3n del polic\u00eda en el Sistema Penal Acusatorio, de acuerdo con la Constituci\u00f3n, entre otros.<\/p>\n

Resalt\u00f3, adem\u00e1s, que a nueve meses de la conclusi\u00f3n del periodo constitucional 2021-2024 de la administraci\u00f3n municipal, la Contralor\u00eda prepara y mantiene actualizados a los servidores p\u00fablicos para solventar los procesos de entrega-recepci\u00f3n, en trabajo coordinado con la Auditor\u00eda Superior del Estado de Quintana Roo y en apego a las leyes y lineamientos considerados en este proceso.<\/p>\n
