Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 14 de enero de 2024.\u2014 Puerto Morelos comenz\u00f3 a vivir anoche la fiesta del Carnaval 2024 con la designaci\u00f3n de sus soberanos en las diferentes categor\u00edas, quienes acompa\u00f1ador por sus comparsas presentaron bailes en los que predominaron ritmos afroantillanos, coloridos vestuarios, alegr\u00eda y la tradicional convivencia familiar.<\/p>\n

Salsa, cumbia, merengue, mambo, ritmos africanos y diversas mezclas se escucharon durante el evento en el domo deportivo de la colonia Zetina Gazca, abarrotado por familiares y amigos de los aspirantes a reyes, quienes les manifestaron su apoyo con porras y carteles y aplaudieron cada baile.<\/p>\n

Esta tradicional fiesta estuvo encabezada por Jos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Espinoza Pay\u00e1n, secretario general del Ayuntamiento, en representaci\u00f3n de la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, quien destac\u00f3 que este evento marca el inicio de unas \u201cfestividades que nos unen como comunidad, nos llenan de orgullo\u201d y fusionan m\u00fasica, color, tradici\u00f3n y diversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que a los soberanos se les conf\u00eda la importante tarea de liderar las festividades, representar a Puerto Morelos con honor \u201cy que, con su reinado, inspiren a todos a celebrar nuestras tradiciones con orgullo\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cComo siempre dice nuestra presidenta Blanca Merari, en Puerto Morelos estamos en la ruta correcta, la de la unidad para preservar y disfrutar nuestras tradiciones\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Previamente, por el escenario desfilaron en forma individual Daniela Nicole y Luis Gabriel, quienes al t\u00e9rmino de su presentaci\u00f3n fueron designador Reyes Infantiles; Estrellita P\u00e9rez y Pablo May, Juveniles; Dafne y Jean Carlos, de la Diversidad Sexual, al igual que Anette Michel y Luis Alejandro, soberanos oficiales. Todos ellos recibieron de manos de Espinoza Pay\u00e1n su nombramiento, constancia y premio correspondiente.<\/p>\n

En el evento tambi\u00e9n estuvieron los regidores Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Vera Uribe, Gonzalo Calder\u00f3n Poot y Jazm\u00edn del Carmen Vivas Medina; la directora de Cultura y las Artes, Brittany Janney L\u00f3pez Garc\u00eda; Erick, Eder y Abel, soberano saliente, Juvenil y de la Diversidad Sexual 2023, respectivamente.<\/p>\n
