Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 9 de enero de 2024.- El gobierno de Puerto Morelos refuerza estrategias para garantizar los derechos de la comunidad LGBTTTIQ+, en el marco de la distinci\u00f3n de Ciudad Amigable con Personas de la Diversidad Sexual, con el objetivo de impulsar la inclusi\u00f3n y el respeto en el municipio hacia todos los sectores de la sociedad.<\/p>\n

En este contexto, el director de la Diversidad Sexual, Miguel Alfonso Mart\u00edn Montalvo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que se puso en marcha un programa de acreditaci\u00f3n para profesionales de la industria tur\u00edstica y restaurantera, orientado al trato digno y de calidad hacia la comunidad LGBTTTIQ+, denominado \u201cPuerto de Inclusi\u00f3n\u201d, que incorpora estrategias de difusi\u00f3n y promoci\u00f3n del destino.<\/p>\n

\u201cEl certificado es un compromiso de trato respetuoso, digno y equitativo hacia los clientes y empleados independientemente de su orientaci\u00f3n sexual, identidad y expresi\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero. El objetivo es cero tolerancia a cualquier tipo de acoso, intimidaci\u00f3n, burla, amenaza, se\u00f1alamientos o agresiones f\u00edsicas o psicol\u00f3gicas hacia las personas LGBTTTIQ+\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Asimismo, Mart\u00edn Montalvo destac\u00f3 que se busca marcar un est\u00e1ndar empresarial para las entidades laborales en todo Puerto Morelos, proporcionando herramientas en cuanto a procedimientos administrativos y referencias legales, para atender casos de transici\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero social y legal de sus colaboradores trans, evitando en todo momento la discriminaci\u00f3n hacia el personal de los negocios y los clientes.<\/p>\n

\u201cLos establecimientos que se sumen al programa para obtener la certificaci\u00f3n deber\u00e1n cumplir con los siguientes criterios: Capacitaci\u00f3n continua en diversidad, derechos humanos e inclusi\u00f3n; acciones oportunas ante cualquier tipo de discriminaci\u00f3n; adopci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas y valores de no discriminaci\u00f3n LGBTTTIQ+ y participar en actividades p\u00fablicas en apoyo a la comunidad. Una vez cumplidos los criterios se colocar\u00e1 el certificado y una placa distintiva de negocio seguro e inclusivo, afirm\u00f3 el director de Diversidad Sexual, quien adem\u00e1s coment\u00f3 que se trabajar\u00e1 de la mano con la Secretar\u00eda municipal de Turismo Sustentable en C\u00f3digos QR y un mapeo de lugares seguros que podr\u00e1n ubicarse a trav\u00e9s de este distintivo, ofreciendo una herramienta m\u00e1s a este mercado tur\u00edstico.<\/p>\n
