Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 6 de enero de 2024.- La alcaldesa Blanca Merari Tziu, acompa\u00f1ada por la gobernadora Mara Lezama Espinosa, present\u00f3 hoy el proyecto de remodelaci\u00f3n del muelle de pescadores, que recibir\u00e1 una inversi\u00f3n municipal de 3 millones de pesos, proveniente del Derecho de Saneamiento Ambiental de Puerto Morelos.<\/p>\n

\u201cHoy es un d\u00eda hist\u00f3rico, porque con el puntual apoyo e intervenci\u00f3n de la Gobernadora y de nuestro presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, la Federaci\u00f3n nos extendi\u00f3 el documento denominado \u2018Acuerdo de Destino en Favor de Puerto Morelos, relacionado con la superficie de 2178.6 m2 de Zona Federal Mar\u00edtimo Terrestre\u201d, que nos permite avanzar en la obra que por a\u00f1os han demandado los usuarios de este muelle, no s\u00f3lo los miles de turistas que nos visitan, sino tambi\u00e9n los prestadores de servicios, n\u00e1uticos y nuestros queridos pescadores.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Destac\u00f3 que alcanzar el acuerdo es muestra tangible del respaldo federal hacia el desarrollo y crecimiento de Puerto Morelos y un enorme gesto de confianza, con el aval del gobierno estatal.<\/p>\n

\u201cEl Acuerdo de Destino, quiero compartirles, no s\u00f3lo confiere derechos para el municipio, sino tambi\u00e9n obligaciones. Una de ellas es la de seguir en la ruta jur\u00eddica que nos permita el tan ansiado proyecto de remodelaci\u00f3n de nuestro muelle, que no s\u00f3lo representar\u00e1 una mejora f\u00edsica en la infraestructura local, sino tambi\u00e9n una oportunidad para fortalecer la identidad, actividad comercial y pesquera, as\u00ed como el potencial tur\u00edstico de Puerto Morelos\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Blanca Merari, quien estuvo acompa\u00f1ada por el secretario municipal de Desarrollo Urbano y Ecolog\u00eda, Rolando Melo Novelo.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

En el marco del octavo aniversario de Puerto Morelos, dijo que el municipio asume la responsabilidad de embellecer, hacer funcional y dar mantenimiento al muelle de pescadores.
\nPor su parte, la gobernadora Mara Lezama destac\u00f3 que esta obra es un gran anhelo de los portomorelenses, y para hacerla realidad era necesario alcanzar el \u201cAcuerdo de Destino\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cQuiero decirles que la presidenta Blanca Merari ha luchado para que este proyecto se hiciera realidad\u201d, apunt\u00f3.
\n\u201cFelicito al municipio de Puerto Morelos porque va a invertir recursos propios para que este muelle, que es el muelle de la prosperidad compartida, sea reconstruido, y est\u00e1n combatiendo la corrupci\u00f3n y cuando eso se hace el dinero alcanza para m\u00e1s\u201d, remarc\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

En su exposici\u00f3n de motivos, Rolando Melo detall\u00f3 que, en temporada alta, la afluencia supera las 550 personas al d\u00eda, entre turistas y prestadores de servicios como snorkel, buceo y pesca deportiva.<\/p>\n

\u201cEl objetivo de este proyecto es mejorar el muelle que hab\u00eda permanecido de pie ante huracanes y tormentas hasta el 2020, cuando el hurac\u00e1n Zeta caus\u00f3 da\u00f1os. Entonces, \u00e9ste med\u00eda 70.6 metros de largo, pero debido al incremento en el n\u00famero de operaciones originado por la creciente demanda comercial y tur\u00edstica, se pretende extender su longitud 43.2 metros m\u00e1s, es decir, tendremos un muelle de 113.8 metros de longitud con una pasarela de 4.20 metros de ancho\u201d, detall\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
