{"id":24666,"date":"2023-12-25T14:38:07","date_gmt":"2023-12-25T20:38:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=24666"},"modified":"2023-12-25T14:38:07","modified_gmt":"2023-12-25T20:38:07","slug":"ventanilla-unica-de-puerto-morelos-lista-para-renovar-licencias-de-funcionamiento-a-negocios-de-bajo-riesgo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/ventanilla-unica-de-puerto-morelos-lista-para-renovar-licencias-de-funcionamiento-a-negocios-de-bajo-riesgo\/","title":{"rendered":"VENTANILLA \u00daNICA DE PUERTO MORELOS, LISTA PARA RENOVAR LICENCIAS DE FUNCIONAMIENTO A NEGOCIOS DE BAJO RIESGO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 25 de diciembre de 2023.\u2014 A partir de enero, la Ventanilla \u00danica de Puerto Morelos comenzar\u00e1 la renovaci\u00f3n y entrega de licencias de funcionamiento a negocios de bajo riesgo, actividad en la que se espera mantenga un crecimiento sostenido en la expedici\u00f3n de esos documentos, inform\u00f3 Andr\u00e9s Peralta Ramos, director de Mejora Regulatoria de la Secretar\u00eda municipal de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y Mejora Regulatoria.<br \/>\nEl funcionario coment\u00f3 que la Ventanilla \u00danica de Puerto Morelos est\u00e1 cerrando el a\u00f1o con 470 licencias de funcionamiento expedidas a negocios de bajo riesgo, micro, peque\u00f1os y medianos negocios, como tiendas de abarrotes, artesan\u00edas, papeler\u00edas y fondas, negocios que son importantes para la econom\u00eda de Puerto Morelos, del Estado y del pa\u00eds. El total de licencias otorgadas representa un aumento del 17 por ciento con respecto al a\u00f1o anterior. Para 2024 se espera un crecimiento similar o mayor.<br \/>\nA su vez, la secretaria municipal de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y Mejora Regulatoria, Reyna Barrera L\u00f3pez, indic\u00f3 que la dependencia tiene en tr\u00e1mite la certificaci\u00f3n Prosare para la Ventanilla \u00danica, que otorga la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Mejora Regulatoria a las Ventanillas que tramitan y entregan licencias de funcionamiento en un plazo no mayor a tres d\u00edas h\u00e1biles.<br \/>\nEn esa tarea trabajamos de la mano y de manera coordinada con Desarrollo Urbano, Protecci\u00f3n Civil y la Tesorer\u00eda.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cObtener el distintivo ser\u00e1 un logro para la administraci\u00f3n de nuestra presidenta Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz\u201d, destac\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que, en enero, se instalar\u00e1 el Consejo Municipal de Mejora Regulatoria, como segundo paso despu\u00e9s de que el Cabildo aprob\u00f3 en septiembre pasado el Reglamento Municipal de Mejora Regulatoria.<br \/>\nEl consejo lo integrar\u00e1n representantes del gobierno municipal y sociedad civil organizada: empresarios, acad\u00e9micos, etc., a fin de que todos los programas y pol\u00edticas en esta materia puedan ser consensuadas entre gobierno y ciudadan\u00eda, que as\u00ed estar\u00e1 enterada de los avances en materia de mejora regulatoria para hacer m\u00e1s eficiente la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica y los tr\u00e1mites menos engorrosos y m\u00e1s amigables para la ciudadan\u00eda, algo que siempre demanda el sector econ\u00f3mico.<br \/>\nAsimismo, coincidi\u00f3 con Peralta Ramos en que una de las razones del aumento en la productividad de la Ventanilla \u00danica es la decisi\u00f3n de la Presidenta Municipal de reubicar las oficinas en el centro de la cabecera municipal. Al comenzar el nuevo a\u00f1o se har\u00e1 la inauguraci\u00f3n oficial.<br \/>\nReyna Barrera record\u00f3 que los meses en los que por ley los contribuyentes deben renovar sus licencias son enero y febrero, por lo que formul\u00f3 una invitaci\u00f3n para que se acerquen y no lo dejen para el \u00faltimo momento. La atenci\u00f3n se brindar\u00e1 de lunes a viernes de 8 de la ma\u00f1ana a 4 de la tarde.<\/p>\n<p><a
