cumplimiento a los planes estrat\u00e9gicos para el desarrollo de Puerto Morelos, en el que se consideran servicios p\u00fablicos de calidad en beneficio la ciudadan\u00eda, el Cabildo aprob\u00f3 recientemente, por unanimidad, el Presupuesto de Egresos 2024.<br \/>\nSe trata de un presupuesto basado en resultados, que considera como prioridad obras de urbanizaci\u00f3n, los servicios b\u00e1sicos vitales y la visibilidad tur\u00edstica, entre otros, a fin de beneficiar el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico del municipio m\u00e1s joven de Quintana Roo y mejorar la calidad de vida de la poblaci\u00f3n.<br \/>\nDe acuerdo con la iniciativa, el valor intr\u00ednseco del Presupuesto de Egresos 2024 son los recursos que ser\u00e1n dispuestos para brindar los servicios p\u00fablicos que el municipio tiene el deber de proporcionar a la ciudadan\u00eda, los cuales son de suma importancia para una vida con bienestar en la cabecera municipal, la delegaci\u00f3n de Leona Vicario y las comunidades de Central Vallarta, Delirios y Zona Agr\u00edcola.<br \/>\nSon recursos que, adem\u00e1s de destinarse a satisfacer las necesidades de servicios p\u00fablicos y brindar a la poblaci\u00f3n asistencia social, conforme a lo establecido en el Plan Municipal de Desarrollo 2021-2024, ser\u00e1n invertidos en rubros como alumbrado p\u00fablico, limpieza, recolecci\u00f3n, traslado, tratamiento y disposici\u00f3n final de los residuos, vialidades, servicios a la salud y la seguridad p\u00fablica.<br \/>\nCabe destacar que se consider\u00f3 un aumento significativo en la inversi\u00f3n proyectada para obra p\u00fablica, entre la que destaca la pavimentaci\u00f3n y bacheo de calles.<br \/>\nUn dato importante es que se destinar\u00e1 una parte del presupuesto para seguir pagando la deuda heredada por la anterior administraci\u00f3n con el SAT-Q y el IMSS, las cuales fueron negociadas oportunamente para evitar que los trabajadores quedaran desprotegidos o que tuviesen que asumir deudas que no les corresponden.<br \/>\nAdem\u00e1s, no est\u00e1 programada la contrataci\u00f3n de duda p\u00fablica, de modo que s\u00f3lo se trabajar\u00e1 con ingresos propios y participaciones federales.<br \/>\nSe aclar\u00f3 que, si una o varias asignaciones del Presupuesto de Egresos resultan insuficientes para cubrir las necesidades que originen las funciones encomendadas a la administraci\u00f3n municipal, la Tesorer\u00eda Municipal podr\u00e1 realizar las modificaciones o ampliaciones necesarias en funci\u00f3n de la disponibilidad de fondos y previa justificaci\u00f3n.<br \/>\nEl monto del Presupuesto de Egresos 2024 de Puerto Morelos asciende a poco m\u00e1s de 668 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p><a
