Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 10 de diciembre de 2023.\u2014 El Instituto Municipal de la Mujer (IMM) de Puerto Morelos se sum\u00f3 a los 16 d\u00edas de activismo convocados por la Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas (ONU) a partir del 25 de noviembre, para erradicar la violencia de g\u00e9nero, por lo que, entre otras acciones, imparti\u00f3 pl\u00e1ticas a estudiantes, realiz\u00f3 la pinta de bardas para promover la cultura de la denuncia, brigada de donativos, pl\u00e1ticas preventivas a ciudadan\u00eda en general, difusi\u00f3n de propaganda de prevenci\u00f3n y el encendido de luces del Palacio Municipal.
\nPara conmemorar el d\u00eda 25 se ofrecieron tres pl\u00e1ticas a m\u00e1s de 100 mujeres colaboradoras de los hoteles El Cid, Ocean Coral & Turquesa y Dreams, todo en trabajo conjunto con el Instituto Quintanarroense de la Mujer (IQM).
\nAl respecto, la directora del IMM, Arlette Escudero Ord\u00f3\u00f1ez, indic\u00f3 que, del 4 al 8 de diciembre, se impartieron pl\u00e1ticas y talleres a los alumnos del Colegio de Bachilleres (Cobach), para prevenir situaciones de violencia de g\u00e9nero, con temas como el control de emociones y repercusiones legales en adolescentes que incurren en este flagelo.<\/p>\n

\u201cLa violencia en el noviazgo es una situaci\u00f3n que, desafortunadamente, est\u00e1 presente, por eso, el mensaje para las y los adolescentes es muy claro: entender que el amor verdadero, los noviazgos y relaciones saludables, se basan en la igualdad y el respeto\u201d, indic\u00f3 la funcionaria municipal.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Asimismo, destac\u00f3 que son m\u00e1s de 160 estudiantes de educaci\u00f3n media superior a los que esperan concientizar de que una relaci\u00f3n basada en celos, reclamos y el control de la otra persona, implica que se permite y consiente la violencia, de ah\u00ed la importancia de tener control de las emociones.
\nPor su parte, las psic\u00f3logas del IMM Rosa Mar\u00eda Rodr\u00edguez y Martha Alicia V\u00e1zquez explicaron los estudiantes que la violencia entre las parejas puede ser f\u00edsica, psicol\u00f3gica, mental o sexual, con el fin de mantener el control sobre la otra persona y puede tener consecuencias legales.<\/p>\n

\u201cEs importante que identifiquen las emociones que van experimentando y traten de sacarlas de alguna forma, para evitar exacerbar el enojo, la ira, rabia y que ello derive en una agresi\u00f3n verbal o f\u00edsica\u201d, dijo Rosa Mar\u00eda Rodr\u00edguez.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Del mismo modo, las ponentes ense\u00f1aron m\u00e9todos que pueden ayudar a tener autocontrol, como escribir lo que en esos momentos sienten, cantar y hacer ejercicio que sirva para liberar la carga de energ\u00eda que est\u00e1n presentando y, de esa forma, evitar caer en actos de violencia sobre otra persona.
\nCabe mencionar que tambi\u00e9n participaron en las pl\u00e1ticas la abogada Brenda Mart\u00ednez Ram\u00edrez y la psic\u00f3loga Nayeli Cort\u00e9s \u00c1lvarez.
\nFinalmente, Arlette Escudero dijo que para cerrar esta campa\u00f1a se llev\u00f3 a cabo la pinta de bardas en la cabecera municipal para promover la cultura de la denuncia y hacerle saber a las v\u00edctimas que no est\u00e1n solas, ya que hay instancias listas para brindarles apoyo.<\/p>\n
