Bacalar, Quintana Roo, 5 de diciembre de 2023.- La presidenta municipal de Puerto Morelos, Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, asisti\u00f3 hoy al Fandango por la Lectura, que estuvo encabezado por Beatriz Guti\u00e9rrez M\u00fcller, esposa del presidente de M\u00e9xico, Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, y la gobernadora Mara Lezama Espinosa.
\nLa Alcaldesa portomorelense destac\u00f3 que este programa, que celebra la fuerza de la palabra escrita y resalta las producciones literarias de autores mexicanos y de pa\u00edses hermanos, es el punto ideal para fomentar la lectura entre ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os, j\u00f3venes y adultos.<\/p>\n

\u201cHay que fomentar la pasi\u00f3n por la lectura, el gusto por leer y releer, la capacidad de sorprenderse, de curiosear, de conocer, de echar a volar la imaginaci\u00f3n. Esta acci\u00f3n no debe convertirse en una obligaci\u00f3n en los menores, sino en una forma de entretenimiento, de diversi\u00f3n y aprendizaje\u201d, resalt\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Blanca Merari Tziu agreg\u00f3 que este h\u00e1bito contribuye a una formaci\u00f3n integral de las nuevas generaciones, por tal motivo, aplaudi\u00f3 la iniciativa impulsada desde el Gobierno de M\u00e9xico, a trav\u00e9s del programa Fandango por la Lectura, que recorre todos los rincones de la Rep\u00fablica Mexicana.
\nCon el Fuerte de Bacalar como testigo, en esta ocasi\u00f3n se leyeron obras de poetas de M\u00e9xico y Belice, recopiladas en el libro Letras sin Fronteras, entre ellos el poeta Ram\u00f3n Iv\u00e1n Su\u00e1rez Caamal, autor de la letra del himno a Quintana Roo y quien en sus escritos se caracteriza por la conjugaci\u00f3n de sonoridad y elementos m\u00edticos derivados de la tradici\u00f3n maya, particularmente en torno al paisaje y la historia del Estado.
\nTambi\u00e9n de los belice\u00f1os Amado Chan, uno de los escritores con mayor trayectoria y reconocimiento en este pa\u00eds, y Leroy Young, conocido por su poes\u00eda dub.
\nAdem\u00e1s, se presentaron el Coro Ixchel de Quintana Roo y el grupo Lisaniga Libertad de Belice, que fue el pa\u00eds invitado.
\nEn el evento de promoci\u00f3n lectora, que cont\u00f3 con la asistencia de alumnos de la secundaria \u201cVicente Guerrero\u201d, tambi\u00e9n estuvieron presentes la secretaria de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, Leticia Ram\u00edrez Amaya; el embajador de Belice en M\u00e9xico, Oscar Lorenzo Arnold, y el presidente municipal de Bacalar, Jos\u00e9 Alfredo Contreras M\u00e9ndez, entre otros invitados especiales.<\/p>\n
