Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 27 de noviembre de 2024.- El gobierno de Puerto Morelos, a trav\u00e9s de la Contralor\u00eda Municipal, mantiene acciones encaminadas a la transparencia y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas como ejes b\u00e1sicos de la confianza ciudadana hacia sus autoridades, manifest\u00f3 la contralora Leticia Ram\u00edrez Cetina, en el marco del curso \u201cProceso de entrega recepci\u00f3n institucional en municipios\u201d, impartido por funcionarios de la Auditor\u00eda Superior del Estado de Quintana Roo (Aseqroo).
\n\u201cCon esta capacitaci\u00f3n los titulares de depend<\/p>\n

\u201cCon esta capacitaci\u00f3n los titulares de dependencias y unidades administrativas que la ley establece como sujetos obligados, tendr\u00e1n los conocimientos b\u00e1sicos para llevar a cabo esta tarea de manera correcta y a tiempo, entregando la informaci\u00f3n, los bienes y recursos que estuvieron bajo su resguardo y responsabilidad una vez que concluya la administraci\u00f3n\u201d, indic\u00f3 la funcionaria.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

La titular de la Contralor\u00eda extern\u00f3 la necesidad de que los servidores p\u00fablicos conozcan el alcance de la ley y los procedimientos a los que se encontrar\u00e1n sometidos el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, para hacer entrega de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica municipal 2021-2024.<\/p>\n

\u201cEl proceso de entrega-recepci\u00f3n es una rendici\u00f3n de cuentas. Rendimos cuentas sobre nuestras decisiones y las acciones que desencadenaron, inclusive rendimos cuentas si estas no existieron y en su lugar tenemos omisiones de cumplimiento. Rendimos cuentas y somos responsables de nuestros actos y omisiones\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Asimismo, detall\u00f3 que la ley establece un m\u00e9todo que contiene etapas y procedimientos en los que los servidores p\u00fablicos tienen la obligaci\u00f3n, pero tambi\u00e9n la oportunidad de ordenar y transparentar sus acciones.<\/p>\n

\u201cHacerlo de la mejor manera en beneficio de nuestro municipio y su comunidad, y desde luego de nosotros mismos, nos exige conocer la ley, sus procedimientos, autoridades y tiempos\u201d, abund\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Por su parte, Pilar Ayala Ram\u00edrez, secretaria t\u00e9cnica de la Aseqroo, agradeci\u00f3, a nombre del auditor general del Estado, Manuel Palacios Herrera, el inter\u00e9s de los funcionarios municipales por conocer los protocolos, ya que al aceptar ser servidores p\u00fablicos adquieren responsabilidades y obligaciones sobre el manejo de recursos, documentos, equipos y materiales de los que deber\u00e1n dar cuenta una vez que concluya su encargo, todo ello apegado a la nueva Ley de Entrega\u2013Recepci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

\u201cPuerto Morelos es el primer municipio que se anticipa a tomar esta capacitaci\u00f3n, por lo que tendr\u00e1 suficiente tiempo para disipar dudas y hacer este ejercicio de manera correcta y puntual en el momento de finalizar la administraci\u00f3n\u201d, destac\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

En tanto, Sergio Hern\u00e1ndez Pacheco, director de Procesos de Entrega-Recepci\u00f3n de la Aseqroo, quien estuvo a cargo del curso, explic\u00f3 los procedimientos individuales e institucionales, la Ley de Archivo y el Sistema Electr\u00f3nico de Entrega Recepci\u00f3n en L\u00ednea (Sentre).
\nEl expositor explic\u00f3 que con seis meses de anticipaci\u00f3n debe integrarse el comit\u00e9 que har\u00e1 la entrega, para cumplir con los procedimientos como designaci\u00f3n y protocolo, integraci\u00f3n de expediente, acta protocolaria y verificaci\u00f3n de la misma.
\nAl curso asistieron el s\u00edndico Alberto Arelle Sergent; Jos\u00e9 Luis Jonathan Yong, oficial mayor; V\u00edctor Hugo Esquivel S\u00e1nchez, director de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, Desarrollo Administrativo y Contralor\u00eda Social; el noveno regidor Rodrigo May Rivero; el secretario municipal de Turismo Sustentable, Miguel C\u00e1mara Ruiz, y el titular de Desarrollo Urbano y Ecolog\u00eda, Rolando Melo Novelo, entre otros funcionarios.<\/p>\n
