Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 23 de noviembre de 2023.\u2014 El gobierno de Puerto Morelos genera pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas para la prevenci\u00f3n y erradicaci\u00f3n de la trata de personas en el sector de viajes y turismo, por lo que estrecha lazos de coordinaci\u00f3n con organismos como la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Quintana Roo (Cdheqroo) y hoteleros del destino.
\nAl respecto, el director de la Diversidad Sexual, Miguel Alfonso Mart\u00edn Montalvo, inform\u00f3 que de la mano con la Cdheqroo y la Direcci\u00f3n de Capacitaci\u00f3n en Calidad del municipio, se imparti\u00f3 un curso de capacitaci\u00f3n dirigido a personal del hotel Ocean Coral Turquesa, para saber detectar este delito y denunciarlo ante las autoridades correspondientes.<\/p>\n

\u201cEs un delito que, desafortunadamente, se deriva de enga\u00f1os de oportunidades de trabajo y crecimiento y no es otra cosa que explotaci\u00f3n de diversas formas. Los desarrollos tur\u00edsticos son un blanco de este tipo de delincuentes, por eso es de total relevancia que todos los sectores de la sociedad estemos alerta, identifiquemos y denunciemos a quienes lo pudieran estar cometiendo\u201d, remarc\u00f3 el funcionario.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

El curso fue impartido por la abogada Nohem\u00ed Garc\u00eda, de la Cdheqroo, quien se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, de acuerdo con cifras recientes, 20 por ciento del turismo internacional que llega a M\u00e9xico es, b\u00e1sicamente, atra\u00eddo por turismo sexual, por lo que se debe trabajar en estrategias que lo inhiban y una es identificar y denunciar para evitar que se lastime a ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os, adolescentes y mujeres.
\nAsimismo, resalt\u00f3 la importancia de conocer y defender los derechos humanos consagrados en la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, como son los derechos a la vida, a la igualdad ante la ley, a la integridad y seguridad, igualdad entre hombres y mujeres, al trabajo y a la libertad de expresi\u00f3n.
\nFinalmente, el titular de la Diversidad Sexual puntualiz\u00f3 que es imperante ofrecer capacitaci\u00f3n constante a los sectores sociales y productivos de Puerto Morelos, para crear conciencia sobre los riesgos que pueden presentarse y tener una sociedad m\u00e1s emp\u00e1tica ante grupos vulnerables que pueden ser v\u00edctimas de la delincuencia.<\/p>\n
