Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 14 de noviembre de 2023.\u2014 Con tres brigadas de seis trabajadores de Servicios P\u00fablicos Municipales cada una, dos para la cabecera municipal y una m\u00e1s para Leona Vicario, se trabaja en la limpieza de rejillas y alcantarillas del drenaje pluvial para evitar afectaciones graves por encharcamientos a consecuencia de las lluvias, manifest\u00f3 su titular, Leonel Salazar Trejo.
\nEs dif\u00edcil evitar los encharcamientos, sobre todo si las lluvias son tan intensas como las registradas hoy, explic\u00f3. Aun en caso de tener una red de pozos que atienda las zonas donde el agua se acumula, estos ser\u00e1n insuficientes si se saturan con precipitaciones tan fuertes como las que han estado cayendo.
\nSin embargo, apunt\u00f3 que el agua se drena con mayor rapidez si los pozos se mantienen limpios y se evitan acumulamientos de basura en las calles.
\nEn ese sentido, destac\u00f3 que los trabajos de desazolve de pozos pluviales que llev\u00f3 al cabo en fecha reciente la Direcci\u00f3n General de Obras P\u00fablicas contribuyen al r\u00e1pido desalojo del agua.<\/p>\n

\u201cSin embargo, la instrucci\u00f3n de la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz es que nosotros no paremos, de modo que seguiremos trabajando en dos turnos para mantener en funcionamiento el drenaje pluvial\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Asimismo, indic\u00f3 que, en la cabecera municipal, las cuadrillas de mantenimiento y limpieza de pozos trabajan desde las 6 de la ma\u00f1ana.
\nEn la delegaci\u00f3n Leona Vicario el problema de encharcamientos es menor porque el agua desemboca en terrenos que la filtran al manto fre\u00e1tico,<\/p>\n

\u201cpero a\u00fan as\u00ed se atiende la red de pozos, los cuales se limpian para garantizar su buen funcionamiento. De acualquier forma, hay una brigada de seis trabajadores que atiende a esa comunidad\u201d, manifest\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
