Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 21 de octubre de 2023.- Un \u00e9xito result\u00f3 la Segunda Gran Carrera contra el C\u00e1ncer de Mama, que organiz\u00f3 el gobierno de la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, a trav\u00e9s del Sistema para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia (DIF) de Puerto Morelos, a fin de generar conciencia entre la poblaci\u00f3n sobre la importancia de la prevenci\u00f3n de esta enfermedad.
\nAnte decenas de asistentes que se congregaron frente al Palacio Municipal para apoyar a los atletas, la Alcaldesa fue la encargada de dar el pitazo de salida a alrededor de 180 corredores de diferentes edades, quienes recorrieron 3.4 kil\u00f3metros sobre la avenida Joaqu\u00edn Zetina Gasca, hasta llegar a la Unidad Deportiva \u201cIsaac Hamui\u201d y de regreso.<\/p>\n

\u201cEsta Segunda Gran Carrera Rosa tiene el prop\u00f3sito de generar conciencia sobre la importancia de la prevenci\u00f3n y detecci\u00f3n temprana de esta enfermedad que a\u00f1o con a\u00f1o termina con muchas vidas en nuestro pa\u00eds\u201d, coment\u00f3 Blanca Merari Tziu al dirigir un mensaje a la concurrencia.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Asimismo, indic\u00f3 que lo recaudado en este evento, que ascendi\u00f3 a 30,370 pesos, se destin\u00f3 al apoyo de cinco mujeres que lamentablemente atraviesan por esta enfermedad, \u201cporque en medio de la tragedia que significa el c\u00e1ncer de mama, tambi\u00e9n podemos encontrar el lado significativo como es la solidaridad\u201d.
\nLa Presidenta Municipal reiter\u00f3 que Puerto Morelos est\u00e1 en la ruta correcta, la de la protecci\u00f3n a la salud de las mujeres y la lucha permanente por mejorar sus condiciones de vida.<\/p>\n

\u201cTengan presente que el c\u00e1ncer puede ser curable si se detecta a tiempo, as\u00ed que a cuidarse por favor\u201d, apunt\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Por su parte, Antonio Chuc Pech, director general del DIF, pidi\u00f3 hacer conciencia de unidad y empat\u00eda, para generar acciones como esta carrera atl\u00e9tica a beneficio de mujeres v\u00edctimas de c\u00e1ncer de mama.
\nEl funcionario agradeci\u00f3 a quienes se sumaron para hacer realidad la justa deportiva y abrazar corazones, como la Fundaci\u00f3n el Cid y la Confederaci\u00f3n de Trabajadores de M\u00e9xico (CTM), adem\u00e1s de la Fundaci\u00f3n \u201cCompartiendo Sonrisas\u201d, Hotel Secrets, Amexme Puerto Morelos y el Voluntariado del DIF.
\nMomento especial se vivi\u00f3 cuando las beneficiarias tomaron el micr\u00f3fono para agradecer al DIF y a todos los que hicieron posible la realizaci\u00f3n de esta carrera con causa.
\nAsistentes portaban cartulinas rosas con emotivas leyendas como: \u201cHoy y siempre todas somos rosas\u201d; \u201cLa felicidad se encuentra a lo largo del camino, no al final\u201d; \u201cConoce tu cuerpo para poder cuidarte y amarte\u201d; \u201cCada batalla es distinta pero la lucha es de todos\u201d; \u201cJuntas estamos logrando la meta. \u00a1No te rindas!\u201d.
\nLa Presidenta Municipal y los integrantes del pres\u00eddium premiaron a los ganadores de la carrera. En la categor\u00eda libre femenil, el primer lugar fue para Dalila Garc\u00eda Cruz, seguida de Evelin Elvira Isa\u00edas y Luceli Nahuat Cauich.
\nMientras en la rama varonil el triunfador fue Nemika N\u00fa\u00f1ez Torres, el segundo Juan Santis y el tercero Adri\u00e1n Reynoso. En la categor\u00eda infantil y juvenil, Andrea Sosa Garc\u00eda gan\u00f3 la competencia por segundo a\u00f1o consecutivo, seguida de los hermanos Mateo y Julieta Alan\u00eds, que quedaron en segundo y tercer lugar, respectivamente.<\/p>\n
