Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 18 de octubre de 203.- El ayuntamiento de Puerto Morelos, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda municipal de Seguridad P\u00fablica y Tr\u00e1nsito, se sum\u00f3 a la campa\u00f1a \u201c911 no es una broma, es tu vida\u201d, emprendido el gobierno de Quintana Roo, que tiene como prop\u00f3sito concientizar a la poblaci\u00f3n del uso responsable del n\u00famero de emergencias.<\/p>\n

\u201cLas estad\u00edsticas de llamadas falsas al 911 sigue teniendo un alto \u00edndice, por lo que debemos coadyuvar todas las instancias, para que la poblaci\u00f3n comprenda que distraer a las fuerzas de seguridad y de auxilio pueden significar la vida de alguien que de verdad se encuentra en peligro\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el director de Prevenci\u00f3n del Delito y Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana, Fernando Gallardo Aguirre.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

El funcionario indic\u00f3 que visitan las escuelas de todo el municipio para impartir una pl\u00e1tica a los estudiantes sobre el funcionamiento del n\u00famero de emergencias 911, que conecta con el Centro de Comando, Control, C\u00f3mputo, Comunicaciones y Contacto Ciudadano C5 y el C2 del municipio, para atender llamadas de auxilio.<\/p>\n

\u201cEstamos explicando a ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes lo que representa mover al personal y unidades vehiculares, ya sea de la polic\u00eda, bomberos o cualquier instituci\u00f3n de emergencias, hacia los puntos en los que supuestamente se requiere atender un reporte urgente, y que al final resulta ser falso. Ese tiempo puede significar salvar la vida de alguien m\u00e1s que s\u00ed se encuentra en un verdadero riesgo\u201d, mencion\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Fernando Gallardo detall\u00f3 que recientemente se dio a conocer que, de enero a agosto de este a\u00f1o, el 59 por ciento de llamadas al n\u00famero de emergencias 911 en Quintana Roo, result\u00f3 ser falso, lo que signific\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 641 mil solicitudes de \u201capoyo\u201d, por ello, la necesidad de valorar la labor de los cuerpos de seguridad y emergencias.
\nAsimismo, el funcionario municipal dijo que, adem\u00e1s de calcoman\u00edas informativas del 911, tambi\u00e9n dejan en los planteles educativos material sobre prevenci\u00f3n de violencia en la escuela o el hogar, prevenci\u00f3n de accidentes automovil\u00edsticos y prevenci\u00f3n de emergencias, que fueron donados por la organizaci\u00f3n SOS. La campa\u00f1a abarca, del mismo modo, el edificio de la delegaci\u00f3n de Leona Vicario.
\nFinalmente, el funcionario indic\u00f3 que la instrucci\u00f3n de la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz y el titular de la Secretar\u00eda municipal de Seguridad P\u00fablica y Tr\u00e1nsito, Alfredo Valdez de Le\u00f3n, es fomentar la cultura de la prevenci\u00f3n, que ayude a mantener la paz y la tranquilidad en el municipio y, sobre todo, que abone a la construcci\u00f3n de una sociedad sana.<\/p>\n
