{"id":23626,"date":"2023-10-08T11:22:13","date_gmt":"2023-10-08T17:22:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=23626"},"modified":"2023-10-08T11:22:13","modified_gmt":"2023-10-08T17:22:13","slug":"imparten-curso-a-apicultores-de-leona-vicario-sobre-la-produccion-de-miel-de-la-abeja-melipona","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/imparten-curso-a-apicultores-de-leona-vicario-sobre-la-produccion-de-miel-de-la-abeja-melipona\/","title":{"rendered":"IMPARTEN CURSO A APICULTORES DE LEONA VICARIO SOBRE LA PRODUCCI\u00d3N DE MIEL DE LA ABEJA MELIPONA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El gobierno de Puerto Morelos coordina esfuerzos con el Instituto para el Desarrollo del Pueblo Maya y las Comunidades Ind\u00edgenas del Estado de Quintana Roo<br \/>\nLeona Vicario, Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 8 de octubre de 2023.- Con el objetivo de fortalecer la actividad ap\u00edcola tradicional, el gobierno de la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz gestion\u00f3 un curso de capacitaci\u00f3n a productores de la comunidad, ante el Instituto para el Desarrollo del Pueblo Maya y las Comunidades Ind\u00edgenas del Estado de Quintana Roo (INMAYA).<br \/>\nSobre el tema, Manuel G\u00f3ngora Sansores, director de Fomento Agropecuario y Pesquero, de la Secretar\u00eda municipal de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y Mejora Regulatoria, explic\u00f3 que el curso estuvo enfocado al rescate de producci\u00f3n ancestral de la miel de abeja melipona, considerada como la abeja sagrada maya.<br \/>\n\u201cLa miel, como actividad econ\u00f3mica es una de las m\u00e1s nobles y a su vez dif\u00edciles del sector primario. Cada d\u00eda existen nuevas t\u00e9cnicas y mejores tecnolog\u00edas que facilitan el proceso de producci\u00f3n de dicho n\u00e9ctar, aunque con eso traen la p\u00e9rdida de costumbres antiguas y que fueron de las primeras maneras que se utilizaron sin da\u00f1ar el medio ambiente\u201d, explic\u00f3 el funcionario.<br \/>\nPor tal motivo, dijo que la instrucci\u00f3n de la alcaldesa Blanca Merari, es dotar a los productores ap\u00edcolas de las herramientas necesarias para que la actividad siga repuntando en Leona Vicario y en todo el municipio, en apego a lineamientos de sustentabilidad, ya que el cuidado del medio ambiente es prioridad en la administraci\u00f3n 2021-2024.<br \/>\n\u201cLa finalidad de las gestiones, que se realizan a trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Fomento Agropecuario y Pesquero, que encabeza Ignacio S\u00e1nchez Herrera, es rescatar tradiciones ancestrales en el manejo de la abeja melipona y que a partir de \u00e9sta se obtenga un producto totalmente org\u00e1nico y de muy buena calidad\u201d, explic\u00f3 Manuel G\u00f3ngora, quien a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que esa condici\u00f3n le da un plus al producto final.<br \/>\nAsimismo, el Director agreg\u00f3 que estas t\u00e9cnicas ancestrales permitir\u00e1n a los apicultores leonenses aumentar sus capacidades y vol\u00famenes de producci\u00f3n, que incluso pueden acomodar para su venta en grandes cadenas hoteleras u otros negocios.<br \/>\nCabe mencionar que el curso fue impartido por Oswaldo Murrieta Qui\u00f1ones, enlace del INMAYA, y la sede fue en la Delegaci\u00f3n de Leona Vicario, al que acudieron productores interesados y funcionarios p\u00fablicos de esta administraci\u00f3n. <a
