{"id":22422,"date":"2023-07-29T17:41:24","date_gmt":"2023-07-29T23:41:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=22422"},"modified":"2023-07-29T17:41:24","modified_gmt":"2023-07-29T23:41:24","slug":"anuncia-sedetur-a-puerto-morelos-como-sede-del-tercer-festival-gastronomico-del-caribe-mexicano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/anuncia-sedetur-a-puerto-morelos-como-sede-del-tercer-festival-gastronomico-del-caribe-mexicano\/","title":{"rendered":"ANUNCIA SEDETUR A PUERTO MORELOS COMO SEDE DEL TERCER \u201cFESTIVAL GASTRON\u00d3MICO DEL CARIBE MEXICANO\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 29 de julio de 2023.- En medio de las bellezas naturales que guarda el Cenote Maravilla, en la emblem\u00e1tica Ruta de los Cenotes, 14 reconocidos chefs y m\u00e1s de 300 comensales se reunieron durante el primer \u201cFestival Parrillero del Caribe 2023\u201d, cuyo objetivo fue sumarse al impulso del turismo gastron\u00f3mico, incentivando el uso de productos de la localidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">En este marco, el secretario estatal de Turismo, Bernardo Cueto Riestra, anunci\u00f3 que Puerto Morelos ser\u00e1 sede del tercer \u201cFestival Gastron\u00f3mico del Caribe Mexicano\u201d, que se organizar\u00e1 a principios del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o y que servir\u00e1 para catapultar al municipio como un destino gastron\u00f3mico de talla internacional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Durante la ceremonia inaugural, el secretario general del Ayuntamiento, Jos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Espinosa Pay\u00e1n, quien acudi\u00f3 en representaci\u00f3n de la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, agradeci\u00f3 a los restauranteros y profesionales de la cocina, por participar en esta iniciativa que busca posicionar al destino en materia gastron\u00f3mica, al mismo tiempo que vincula tanto a la academia como a los productores, particularmente de Leona Vicario.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">El corte del list\u00f3n inaugural estuvo a encabezado por el secretario de Turismo de Quintana Roo, Bernardo Cueto, quien manifest\u00f3 su benepl\u00e1cito por la gran actividad gastron\u00f3mica que registra Puerto Morelos y cuyo segmento de turismo ha tenido mucho \u00e9xito en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cDesde el Gobierno del Estado, con el Nuevo Acuerdo por el Bienestar y Desarrollo de Quintana Roo, que impulsa la gobernadora Mara Lezama, hemos hecho una apuesta a este mercado trabajando coordinadamente con las autoridades municipales y la C\u00e1mara Nacional de la Industria de Restaurantes y Alimentos Condimentados (Canirac)\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Previo al corte de list\u00f3n inaugural se llev\u00f3 a cabo una ceremonia maya a fin de agradecer por todo que ofrece la madre tierra, para luego dar paso a la degustaci\u00f3n de los diversos alimentos preparados con carnes de res, cerdo, avestruz y pescado, y ceviches elaborados con otros productos del mar, adem\u00e1s de bebidas naturales de frutas de la regi\u00f3n, cervezas y vinos artesanales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Entre los restaurantes que participaron estuvieron Coconut Station, El Inicio, Livek, Oster\u00eda Barocca, Boquinete, La Choza, Las Koras, La Caba\u00f1a, Anafre, Punta Corcho y Sigma; as\u00ed como Cervecer\u00eda Allende, Cervecer\u00eda Pescadores y Lavazza Turino Italia (Mezcal). Durante el evento, artesanas de Leona Vicario pudieron exhibir y vender sus productos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">En este \u201cFestival Parrillero del Caribe 2023\u201d estuvieron presentes el presidente de la Canirac Puerto Morelos, Armando Alvarado, y el chef Luis S\u00e1nchez, como parte del comit\u00e9 organizador; el secretario municipal de Turismo Sustentable de Puerto Morelos, Miguel C\u00e1mara Ruiz; el due\u00f1o del Cenote Maravilla, Luis Pe\u00f1a; el chef Marci Bezaleel, de Cocineros por Quintana Roo, y Sergio Le\u00f3n, de Empresarios por Quintana Roo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Cabe mencionar que parte de los recursos que se obtuvieron del festival ser\u00e1n donados para apoyar a estudiantes del Cecyte Leona Vicario,
