{"id":22383,"date":"2023-07-27T14:20:12","date_gmt":"2023-07-27T20:20:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=22383"},"modified":"2023-07-27T14:21:11","modified_gmt":"2023-07-27T20:21:11","slug":"22383-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/22383-2\/","title":{"rendered":"IMPARTE GEAVIG PL\u00c1TICA SOBRE \u201cCONTROL DE EMOCIONES\u201d A MUJERES DE LEONA VICARIO"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"intro-text\">\n<p>Leona Vicario, Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 27 de julio de 2023.\u2014 Con el objetivo de disminuir los \u00edndices de violencia intrafamiliar en esta comunidad, el gobierno de Puerto Morelos, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda municipal de Seguridad P\u00fablica y Tr\u00e1nsito, con el respaldo de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana de Quintana Roo, imparti\u00f3 en esta comunidad la pl\u00e1tica \u201cControl de Emociones\u201d.<br \/>\nEn ese contexto, la directora del Grupo Especializado de Atenci\u00f3n a la Violencia Intrafamiliar y de G\u00e9nero (Geavig), Daniela P\u00e9rez L\u00f3pez, coment\u00f3 que se reuni\u00f3 a un grupo de 36 personas, en su mayor\u00eda mujeres, en las instalaciones del DIF, gracias al apoyo de la delegada de la instituci\u00f3n Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 C\u00e1mara, a quienes se les explic\u00f3 la relevancia de tener control de uno mismo para evitar conflictos en el seno familiar y que lleguen a las agresiones f\u00edsicas.<br \/>\n\u201cEl control de nuestras emociones nos ayudar\u00e1 a evitar problemas o enfrentamientos innecesarios y nos facilitar\u00e1 la comunicaci\u00f3n para dirimir diferencias que puedan surgir en la familia o en nuestro entorno\u201d, manifest\u00f3 la funcionaria, quien agreg\u00f3 que la instrucci\u00f3n de la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz y el titular de Seguridad P\u00fablica, Alfredo Valdez de L\u00e9on, es no bajar la guardia en el tema de la violencia intrafamiliar, por lo que continuar\u00e1n dise\u00f1ando estrategias conjuntas con el Estado.<br \/>\nPor su parte, Francisco Moo Tamay y la psic\u00f3loga Elizabeth Villegas, de la Coordinaci\u00f3n de Vinculaci\u00f3n con Instancias Gubernamentales, quienes impartieron la pl\u00e1tica, explicaron c\u00f3mo funciona el cerebro humano, a fin de facilitar la autoexploraci\u00f3n para un manejo equilibrado y tener una vida plena y sana.<br \/>\nCon ejemplos sencillos explic\u00f3 c\u00f3mo funciona cada parte del cerebro. \u201cCuando nos asustamos ante un ruido fuerte se activa nuestro cerebro reptiliano; cuando nos enfadamos y damos un golpe en la mesa, act\u00faa nuestro sistema l\u00edmbico, y cuando valoramos y recapacitamos sobre nuestros actos, act\u00faa el cerebro racional\u201d, expuso.<br \/>\nLa psic\u00f3loga Villegas dijo que, desafortunadamente, una persona con poco control emocional puede caer en depresi\u00f3n, sentir que ha fracasado y tener emociones negativas, como la ansiedad y el estr\u00e9s, que pueden llevar tambi\u00e9n a la ira o enojo, que muchas veces generan violencia intrafamiliar.<br \/>\nFinalmente, la especialista detall\u00f3 algunas formas de autocontrol, como hablar de las emociones, enfocarse en cosas positivas, aprender a relajarse y con ello ir a las emociones de la felicidad y la alegr\u00eda que generaran un mejor ambiente familiar y social.<br \/>\nCabe mencionar que esta actividad se desarroll\u00f3 por medio del Geavig del municipio, junto con el Sistema para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia (DIF) Puerto Morelos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Leona Vicario, Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 27 de julio de 2023.\u2014 Con el objetivo de disminuir los \u00edndices de violencia intrafamiliar en esta comunidad, el gobierno de Puerto Morelos, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda municipal de Seguridad P\u00fablica y Tr\u00e1nsito, con el respaldo de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana de Quintana Roo, imparti\u00f3 en esta [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":22386,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-22383","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-boletines"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
