{"id":22262,"date":"2023-07-18T19:19:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-19T01:19:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=22262"},"modified":"2023-07-18T19:19:00","modified_gmt":"2023-07-19T01:19:00","slug":"imparte-instituto-municipal-de-la-mujer-de-puerto-morelos-platica-sobre-violencia-laboral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/imparte-instituto-municipal-de-la-mujer-de-puerto-morelos-platica-sobre-violencia-laboral\/","title":{"rendered":"IMPARTE INSTITUTO MUNICIPAL DE LA MUJER DE PUERTO MORELOS PL\u00c1TICA SOBRE VIOLENCIA LABORAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 18 de julio de 2023.\u2014 Con el prop\u00f3sito de fomentar un ambiente de trabajo de respeto y cordialidad dentro de las dependencias del Gobierno de Puerto Morelos y prevenir situaciones que puedan derivar en confrontaciones, el Instituto Municipal de la Mujer (IMM) llev\u00f3 a cabo una pl\u00e1tica dirigida a empleados sobre \u201cViolencia Laboral en Servidores P\u00fablicos\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Al respecto, la psic\u00f3loga de la instituci\u00f3n, Rosa Mar\u00eda Rodr\u00edguez, coment\u00f3 que la charla tambi\u00e9n ayudar\u00e1 a crear ambientes favorables, para el desempe\u00f1o del trabajo y generar m\u00e1s y mejores resultados en la atenci\u00f3n y servicios que ofrece el gobierno de Puerto Morelos a los ciudadanos.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cLa instrucci\u00f3n de la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz es proveer a los servidores p\u00fablicos de las herramientas necesarias para su buen desempe\u00f1o y el cumplimiento de sus responsabilidades, con la creaci\u00f3n de espacios de trabajo agradables, la oportuna detecci\u00f3n de situaciones de posible acoso laboral que pudieran presentarse y dirimir diferencias entre los colaboradores\u201d, destac\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">La tambi\u00e9n especialista en tanatolog\u00eda explic\u00f3 que el acoso laboral se define como la acci\u00f3n verbal o psicol\u00f3gica de \u00edndole sistem\u00e1tica, repetida o persistente por la que, en el lugar de trabajo o en conexi\u00f3n con el trabajo, una persona o grupo de personas hieren a una v\u00edctima, la humillan, ofenden o amedrentan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Refiri\u00f3, asimismo, que de acuerdo con la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (SCJN), el acoso puede ser horizontal, cuando se da entre iguales; vertical descendente, cuando un superior acosa a un subalterno y vertical ascendente cuando alguien de menor jerarqu\u00eda comete agresiones contra su jefe. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Entre las formas de agresi\u00f3n est\u00e1n la asignaci\u00f3n de trabajos denigrantes, sin valor o utilidad alguna, pedir tareas fuera de competencias habituales, someter a presi\u00f3n injustificada, ignorar a la persona, generar divisi\u00f3n entre compa\u00f1eros, acciones que pueden causar estr\u00e9s, ansiedad, depresi\u00f3n, frustraci\u00f3n, aislamiento, disminuci\u00f3n de autoestima, as\u00ed como enfermedades f\u00edsicas y mentales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Cabe se\u00f1alar que a esta pl\u00e1tica asistieron servidores p\u00fablicos de dependencias como la Direcci\u00f3n de Gobierno, Recursos Humanos, Eventos C\u00edvicos y Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Social, entre otras.
