Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 17 de julio de 2023.\u2014 Alberto Arelle Sergent, s\u00edndico municipal, en representaci\u00f3n de la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, entreg\u00f3 esta ma\u00f1ana a Armando A. Covarrubias Cortez, director general de la Comisi\u00f3n de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Quintana Roo (CAPA), la escritura de un predio en el que Desarrollos Hidr\u00e1ulicos de Canc\u00fan (Aguakan) construir\u00e1 un c\u00e1rcamo de aguas residuales.
\nEl inmueble, que fue donado a t\u00edtulo gratuito, est\u00e1 destinado a equipamiento; se ubica en el lote 24, manzana 50 de la supermanzana 217 y su donaci\u00f3n fue autorizada por el Cabildo en la XI Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria. Previamente, el predio, que originalmente med\u00eda 17,789 m2, fue subdividido, de tal forma que el lote 24-01 qued\u00f3 de 14,418 m2 y el 24-2, que fue donado a la CAPA, de 1,370 m2.
\nEn su intervenci\u00f3n, el secretario del Ayuntamiento, Jos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Espinosa Pay\u00e1n, dijo que la entrega de ese predio ratifica el compromiso de las autoridades por dar un adecuado manejo a las aguas residuales en el municipio.<\/p>\n

\u201cContar con un sistema eficiente para su tratamiento, reuso y disposici\u00f3n permite ofrecer servicios dignos que mejoran la calidad de vida de los portomorelenses\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Asimismo, indic\u00f3 que los c\u00e1rcamos son pieza fundamental para enfrentar y reducir las inundaciones. Su funci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 elevar el agua de un nivel inferior a otro superior, con el prop\u00f3sito de que el vital l\u00edquido llegue a su destino por gravedad y, por tanto, con la fuerza necesaria para su uso correcto.
\nEl funcionario aclar\u00f3 que Aguak\u00e1n ser\u00e1 responsable del servicio de drenaje en la Colonia Pescadores, supermanzanas 17 y 18, las colonias La Fe, Tierra Nueva, Nueva Generaci\u00f3n y Zetina Gasca. En total, el c\u00e1rcamo, que tendr\u00e1 capacidad de 400 m3, beneficiar\u00e1 a 13 mil habitantes.\u00a0A los portomorelenses les pidi\u00f3 paciencia, ya que la obra tardar\u00e1 entre 6 y 8 meses, pero el beneficio ser\u00e1 permanente.<\/p>\n

\u201cNosotros ya cumplimos nuestra parte, al donar el predio donde se construir\u00e1 el c\u00e1rcamo, sumemos voluntades para mejores resultados\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u201cen Puerto Morelos vamos por el camino correcto, el de la dotaci\u00f3n de servicios b\u00e1sicos de calidad, que permitan a la poblaci\u00f3n mejorar sus condiciones de vida y fortalezcan el crecimiento y ordenamiento urbano de nuestro municipio\u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

A su vez, el s\u00edndico Arelle Sergent se\u00f1al\u00f3 que esta entrega es resultado de la voluntad pol\u00edtica del Cabildo de dotar con los servicios p\u00fablicos b\u00e1sicos a la poblaci\u00f3n de la cabecera municipal, pero para llegar a eso fue necesario sumar esfuerzos y voluntades.
\nEn ese sentido, confirm\u00f3 que el predio que se entrega es producto de la subdivisi\u00f3n, autorizada por el Catastro, del lote 24, manzana 50, supermanzana 15, que conforme al Plan de Desarrollo Urbano del municipio tiene asignado destino de equipamiento. El donatario tiene la obligaci\u00f3n de comenzar la obra en lo que resta del a\u00f1o.
\nPor su parte, Armando Alberto Covarrubias Cortez, director general de CAPA, agradeci\u00f3 la donaci\u00f3n, en el que se edificar\u00e1n obras que permitir\u00e1n mejorar las condiciones de vida de las y los portomorelenses. En primera instancia, se beneficiar\u00e1n 13 mil familias, pero se tendr\u00e1 capacidad para atender a 10 mil m\u00e1s.
\nCon esto se crecer\u00e1 la red de drenaje sanitario para que todas las zonas beneficiadas tengan esa infraestructura, subray\u00f3.
\nTambi\u00e9n intervino el director general de Aguakan, Paul Andrew Rangel Cortez, quien agradeci\u00f3 el apoyo de autoridades y vecinos dijo que esta obra dar\u00e1 servicio a una zona en la que ya hay infraestructura instalada. El c\u00e1rcamo podr\u00e1 recibir todas las aguas residuales para posteriormente enviarla a la planta de tratamiento.
\nEn la reuni\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n estuvieron presentes las se\u00f1oras Patricia Fern\u00e1ndez Rivera y Margarita Madrigal, vecinas de las colonias Pescadores y La Fe, respectivamente.<\/p>\n
