Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 26 de junio de 2023.\u2014 La administraci\u00f3n de la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tzu Mu\u00f1oz ha mostrado con hechos su determinaci\u00f3n de fomentar una cultura de tolerancia y el respeto a los derechos de todos, manifest\u00f3 el secretario general del Ayuntamiento, Jos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Espinosa Pay\u00e1n.<\/p>\n

En el marco de la conferencia \u201cProtocolo para juzgar con perspectiva de orientaci\u00f3n sexual, identidad y expresi\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero y caracter\u00edsticas sexuales\u201d, a cargo de Isabel Cecilia Gonz\u00e1lez Glennie, magistrada del Tribunal de Justicia Administrativa del Estado, sostuvo que informar sobre las caracter\u00edsticas de las clasificaciones de g\u00e9nero y orientaci\u00f3n sexual es una tarea prioritaria para la administraci\u00f3n municipal.<\/p>\n

\nEn el marco del Mes de la Diversidad Sexual se pusieron en marcha capacitaciones con el objetivo de sensibilizar al mayor n\u00famero posible de servidores p\u00fablicos y prestadores de servicios tur\u00edsticos, para mejorar la calidad de la atenci\u00f3n y fomentar valores e inclusi\u00f3n dentro y fuera del municipio, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

La intenci\u00f3n es que todas y todos conozcan el tema y sepan que hay lineamientos claros y precisos para dar curso a las situaciones que se presenten, continu\u00f3. Confiamos en que este tipo de trabajos sumar\u00e1n a la conformaci\u00f3n de una sociedad m\u00e1s igualitaria, con absoluto respeto a los derechos humanos.<\/p>\n

En su conferencia, la magistrada Gonz\u00e1lez Glennie dijo que es importante diferenciar entre el sexo, que se determina biol\u00f3gicamente \u2013hombre, mujer y hermafrodita\u2013, y el g\u00e9nero, que originalmente fue el binario y es determinado social y culturalmente, a los que se suman en trans o no binario, que incluye a los transg\u00e9nero, transexuales, travestis y g\u00e9nero fluido, que puede ir de uno a otro.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, habl\u00f3 sobre la orientaci\u00f3n sexual, definida por la atracci\u00f3n sexual que un individuo siente, seg\u00fan el sexo de las personas por las que se siente atra\u00eddo: heterosexualidad, homosexualidad, bisexualidad, omnisexualidad (que se refiere a personas que sienten atracci\u00f3n por personas de cualquier g\u00e9nero, incluidos los transg\u00e9nero, no binarios o intersexuales), pansexual y asexual.<\/p>\n

\nLa diversidad integra sexo, identidad de g\u00e9nero y la orientaci\u00f3n diversidad sexual, indic\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

En otra parte de su conferencia, se refiri\u00f3 a las orientaciones rom\u00e1nticas, que incluyen, entre otros, a los arrom\u00e1nticos, poliamorosos y omnirrom\u00e1nticos, para referirse a la capacidad personal de enamorarse.
\nEn ese sentido, indic\u00f3 que la diversidad integra sexo, identidad de g\u00e9nero y diversidad sexual y aclar\u00f3: el sexo y la identidad de g\u00e9nero son del orden p\u00fablico; la orientaci\u00f3n sexual y rom\u00e1ntica, son del orden privado.
\nPor \u00faltimo, invit\u00f3 a aceptar, no prejuzgar, ser tolerante y romper estereotipos porque confunden y se confrontan con la realidad y record\u00f3 que el respeto debe ser rec\u00edproco.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
