Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 14 de junio de 2023.- Ante el incremento de la temperatura ambiente por la tercera onda de calor que se registra en nuestro pa\u00eds en lo que va del a\u00f1o, la Direcci\u00f3n General de Salud de Puerto Morelos pidi\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n extremar precauciones para evitar enfermedades e incluso la muerte.
\nAl respecto, la titular de la dependencia, Sara Nohem\u00ed Rodr\u00edguez Torres, indic\u00f3 que por indicaciones de la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz se ha emprendido una campa\u00f1a informativa entre la poblaci\u00f3n, con medidas necesarias para cuidar la salud, como es evitar una exposici\u00f3n prolongada a los rayos solares, principalmente entre las 11 de la ma\u00f1ana y las 4 de la tarde.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cAfortunadamente no tenemos registro de alg\u00fan paciente con golpe de calor, pero en cuesti\u00f3n de enfermedades gastrointestinales s\u00ed hay un incremento en el municipio del 20 por ciento, debido a la rapidez en la descomposici\u00f3n de los alimentos\u201d, expuso la funcionaria.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Sara Rodr\u00edguez se\u00f1al\u00f3 que entre otras recomendaciones est\u00e1 el hidratarse de manera constante, comer alimentos frescos y bien lavados, conservar la higiene personal, usar ropa ligera y de colores claros de preferencia, utilizar sombrilla y no hacer ejercicio al aire libre en los momentos de mayor calor.<\/p>\n
Asimismo, resalt\u00f3 la importancia de reconocer signos de alarma para evitar deshidrataci\u00f3n como son la sed intensa, fiebre de dif\u00edcil control, m\u00e1s de tres v\u00f3mitos y evacuaciones en una hora, llanto sin l\u00e1grimas en caso de los menores y la falta de apetito, entre otros. Agreg\u00f3 que es importante acudir al m\u00e9dico de manera inmediata si se tiene alguno de los s\u00edntomas antes descritos.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cTenemos que cuidarnos y cuidar a los m\u00e1s vulnerables, como son ni\u00f1os y adultos mayores\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Por su parte, el coordinador municipal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, Guillermo Morales L\u00f3pez, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que en el \u00e1rea de playas p\u00fablicas del destino, que son las m\u00e1s visitadas, no se ha requerido del auxilio de las corporaciones de emergencia por alguna persona que presente s\u00edntomas de golpe de calor.<\/p>\n
