Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 14 de junio de 2023.- Con el objetivo de erradicar cualquier tipo de violencia hacia las mujeres, la Secretar\u00eda municipal de Seguridad P\u00fablica y Tr\u00e1nsito, a trav\u00e9s del Grupo Especializado en Atenci\u00f3n a V\u00edctimas de Violencia Intrafamiliar y de G\u00e9nero (Geavig), imparti\u00f3 la pl\u00e1tica \u201cCon mi Nombre\u201d, dirigida a habitantes de la cabecera municipal.<\/p>\n
Al respecto, la directora del Geavig en el municipio, Daniela P\u00e9rez L\u00f3pez, indic\u00f3 que desafortunadamente la violencia intrafamiliar es uno de los flagelos que no logra disminuir sus \u00edndices, por lo que debe ser constante la capacitaci\u00f3n y acompa\u00f1amiento a las v\u00edctimas. En ese sentido, dijo que el psic\u00f3logo Alan Fernando de Jes\u00fas Braga D\u00edaz imparti\u00f3 la pl\u00e1tica, que busca incrementar la autoestima.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cPor indicaciones de nuestra presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz y el secretario de Seguridad P\u00fablica y Tr\u00e1nsito, Alfredo Valdez de Le\u00f3n, seguimos impulsando el empoderamiento de las mujeres, que sepan que existen instancias que las protegen y que les brindan alternativas para salir adelante. Para lograrlo es necesario que tengan confianza en s\u00ed mismas. Desde el Geavig intentamos brindarles las herramientas b\u00e1sicas\u201d, destac\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
En tanto, el profesional de la salud mental puso en marcha un ejercicio interactivo para hablar de las emociones de cada una de las 32 participantes en la pl\u00e1tica, en las que proyectaron lo que consideraban m\u00e1s importante en su vida, para posteriormente hacer un ejercicio grupal, en el que se explic\u00f3 la forma en que afectan las palabras cargadas de violencia, que se reciben y las que uno mismo dice.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cDebemos aprender a revalorarnos, ya que cuando se ha sido v\u00edctima de violencia nuestra estima se desploma, porque pensamos que somos culpables de las agresiones que nos hicieron, lo cual es completamente equivocado, por ello, las palabras marcan un punto de partida para decir lo importante y ser capaces de salir adelante\u201d, resalt\u00f3 Fernando Braga D\u00edaz.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
El psic\u00f3logo del Geavig analiz\u00f3, junto con las asistentes a la charla en la Casa del Adulto Mayor \u201cNohoch Uinic\u201d, el tema del autosabotaje en la autoestima, que muchas veces se hace de manera inconsciente.
\nPosteriormente, hubo una lluvia de autoelogios y se escribieron frases positivas en una hoja con el nombre de las asistentes, misma que fue rotada entre las participantes, a fin de crear un ambiente positivo y de recuperaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\nFinalmente, se abri\u00f3 una sesi\u00f3n de preguntas y respuestas para disipar dudas y poder trabajar desde casa en la recuperaci\u00f3n emocional, para poder crear un ambiente tranquilo en el hogar y continuar con su empoderamiento.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
