de 2023.- La presidenta municipal de Puerto Morelos, Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, asisti\u00f3 hoy a la Primera Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Consejo Estatal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, encabezada por la gobernadora de Quintana Roo, Mara Lezama Espinosa, ante el inicio de la Temporada de Lluvias y Ciclones Tropicales para la zona del Atl\u00e1ntico y el Caribe este 1 de junio.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este marco, la Alcaldesa resalt\u00f3 la importancia de mantener una estrecha coordinaci\u00f3n con los gobiernos estatal y federal, para llevar a cabo los protocolos de prevenci\u00f3n ante la formaci\u00f3n de sistemas hidrometeorol\u00f3gicos y mantener informada a la poblaci\u00f3n de los riesgos, de acuerdo con la evoluci\u00f3n de tormentas o huracanes que puedan impactar al municipio.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cNuestra misi\u00f3n, sobre todas las cosas, es poner a salvo a nuestra poblaci\u00f3n, por ello, trabajamos con anticipaci\u00f3n para detectar los puntos cr\u00edticos de nuestra zona geogr\u00e1fica y determinar los refugios que deben habilitarsr en caso de la cercan\u00eda de alg\u00fan cicl\u00f3n, contar con el avituallamiento y evacuar a la poblaci\u00f3n en caso necesario\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Blanca Merari Tziu refiri\u00f3 que es imperante contar con la informaci\u00f3n oportuna a trav\u00e9s de este Informe T\u00e9cnico de las Perspectivas de la Temporada de Lluvias y Ciclones Tropicales 2023, que present\u00f3 la directora de Comisi\u00f3n Nacional\u00a0 del Agua (Conagua) en Quintana Roo, Erika Ram\u00edrez M\u00e9ndez, que marca la probabilidad del n\u00famero de formaciones cicl\u00f3nicas y niveles que pudieran alcanzar, lo que permite preparar lo necesario para salvaguardar a la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, destac\u00f3 el liderazgo de la gobernadora para implementar las estrategias y protocolos de prevenci\u00f3n que deben llevarse a cabo antes, durante y despu\u00e9s de un fen\u00f3meno hidrometeorol\u00f3gico, en los que debe conjugarse la coordinaci\u00f3n entre los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cVamos a seguir impulsando la cultura de protecci\u00f3n civil en caso de hurac\u00e1n entre los portomorelenses y turistas, no podemos confiarnos ante los posibles embates de la naturaleza, por ello ponemos como punto central salvaguardar la vida de todas y todos\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En dicha sesi\u00f3n estuvieron presentes la secretaria de Gobierno, Cristina Torres G\u00f3mez; el titular de la
