gobierno de la alcaldesa Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, por conducto de la Secretar\u00eda municipal de Obras y Servicios P\u00fablicos, puso en marcha esta ma\u00f1ana un ambicioso programa de bacheo que permitir\u00e1 abatir el rezago acumulado y acentuado por las fuertes lluvias que han azotado a Puerto Morelos recientemente.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al respecto, el titular de la dependencia, Hugo Federico Garza S\u00e1enz, detall\u00f3 que la estrategia est\u00e1 dividida en dos etapas, la primera de ellas contempla terminar con el rezago en las vialidades del municipio que, de acuerdo con las estimaciones, culminar\u00eda en aproximadamente dos meses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La segunda etapa, prosigui\u00f3, consistir\u00e1 en atender en menos de 24 horas cualquier llamado de la ciudadan\u00eda, para pedir la intervenci\u00f3n del gobierno municipal para tapar alg\u00fan bache. \u201cPor instrucciones de nuestra presidenta Blanca Merari, Puerto Morelos debe convertirse en un municipio de cero baches\u201d, remarc\u00f3.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEstamos aplicando un producto de asfalto en fr\u00edo que, contrario al asfalto caliente que es el que com\u00fanmente se utiliza, es l\u00edder en el mercado en m\u00e1s de 50 pa\u00edses, y tiene la nobleza de que pese a las lluvias puede aplicarse sin ning\u00fan problema, con una durabilidad de m\u00e1s de tres a\u00f1os\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hugo Garza agreg\u00f3 que Puerto Morelos es pionero en Quintana Roo en la utilizaci\u00f3n de este producto, denominado EZ Street Asphalt, que no requiere sellador y puede abrirse al tr\u00e1fico inmediatamente, luego de su colocaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Incluso, coment\u00f3 el Secretario de Obras y Servicios P\u00fablicos, este programa arranca previo a la temporada de lluvias y ciclones 2023, con un total de 262 toneladas de asfalto para terminar con el rezago mencionado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otro lado, explic\u00f3 que para el ejercicio fiscal 2023 se tienen presupuestados alrededor de 40 millones de pesos para obra p\u00fablica en Puerto Morelos, y alrededor del 90 por ciento de esos recursos tienen que ver con pavimentaci\u00f3n y reencarpetamiento de vialidades en toda la geograf\u00eda municipal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cabe mencionar que Hugo Garza S\u00e1enz supervis\u00f3 personalmente el arranque del programa en la
