de 2023.\u2014 La presidenta municipal de Puerto Morelos, Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, atestigu\u00f3 hoy la toma de protesta de la nueva directiva del Consejo de la Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios de Puerto Morelos y formul\u00f3 un reconocimiento a los miembros del gremio por su organizaci\u00f3n y solidaridad con metas claras.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el acto, realizado en el hotel The Fives, en la zona tur\u00edstica, la Alcaldesa manifest\u00f3 que la labor de los profesionales inmobiliarios es la columna vertebral del desarrollo estructurado en el municipio, que responde a la demanda poblacional, pero tambi\u00e9n a la tur\u00edstica, con honestidad, orden y sustentabilidad. \u201cEl desarrollo inmobiliario es clave en sitios de actividad tur\u00edstica preponderante, como nuestro municipio\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n dese\u00f3 un trabajo exitoso al consejo entrante, a cuyos integrantes refrend\u00f3 su apoyo y les dijo que en ella tienen a una aliada para trabajar por el crecimiento de Puerto Morelos, pero con orden, para conservar la maravillosa naturaleza, que es atractivo para la inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;En mi administraci\u00f3n hemos avanzado en dar respuestas legales al ordenamiento urbano, para que el crecimiento sea no solo inteligente, sino respetuoso del entorno, que garantice aspectos fundamentales para la poblaci\u00f3n y nuestros visitantes, como la seguridad, eficiente movilidad y servicios de calidad&#8221;, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, luego de tomar la protesta al nuevo Consejo, Ignacio Lacunza Maga\u00f1a, presidente nacional de la AMPI, destac\u00f3 que el organismo tiene representaci\u00f3n en todo el pa\u00eds y apunt\u00f3 que su principal misi\u00f3n es dar certeza a quienes van a adquirir un patrimonio, por eso trabajan de la mano con las autoridades y apegados a la ley.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El cap\u00edtulo de la AMPI Puerto Morelos estar\u00e1 encabezado por Ram\u00f3n Grau Mart\u00ednez, quien agradeci\u00f3 el acompa\u00f1amiento de la autoridad municipal y dijo que su compromiso es dar certeza jur\u00eddica a sus clientes en la adquisici\u00f3n de bienes y trabajar con el municipio sobre el plan de crecimiento, convirti\u00e9ndose en embajadores para dar a conocer lo m\u00e1gico del destino.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Consejo tambi\u00e9n qued\u00f3 integrado por Leticia Romero S\u00e1nchez, Guadalupe del Roc\u00edo Ordo\u00f1ez Villamil, Mar Garc\u00eda M\u00e9ndez y Alonso Torres Jim\u00e9nez, a quienes la presidenta municipal les coloc\u00f3 el bot\u00f3n distintivo del organismo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cabe se\u00f1alar que la presidenta saliente, Ana Luisa Zarco Ju\u00e1rez, agradeci\u00f3 el apoyo brindado durante su gesti\u00f3n al frente de AMPI Puerto Morelos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En este acto protocolario tambi\u00e9n estuvieron el empresario Miguel \u00c1ngel Lemus, presidente de la AMPI Canc\u00fan; el secretario de Desarrollo Urbano y Ecolog\u00eda, Rolando Melo Novelo y el secretario de Seguridad P\u00fablica y Tr\u00e1nsito, Alfredo Edgardo Valdez de
