{"id":20805,"date":"2023-04-24T19:25:42","date_gmt":"2023-04-25T01:25:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=20805"},"modified":"2023-04-24T19:25:42","modified_gmt":"2023-04-25T01:25:42","slug":"destaca-blanca-merari-la-importancia-de-las-estadisticas-para-medir-el-impacto-de-las-politicas-de-desarrollo-social","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/destaca-blanca-merari-la-importancia-de-las-estadisticas-para-medir-el-impacto-de-las-politicas-de-desarrollo-social\/","title":{"rendered":"DESTACA BLANCA MERARI LA IMPORTANCIA DE LAS ESTAD\u00cdSTICAS PARA MEDIR EL IMPACTO DE LAS POL\u00cdTICAS DE DESARROLLO SOCIAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Canc\u00fan, Quintana Roo, 24 de abril de 2023.\u2014 Las estad\u00edsticas son la mejor herramienta que tenemos para saber c\u00f3mo vamos y d\u00f3nde necesitamos trabajar para llevar prosperidad a la poblaci\u00f3n y acortar las brechas de la desigualdad, manifest\u00f3 la presidenta municipal de Puerto Morelos, Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz.<\/p>\n<p>Luego de atestiguar la firma del Convenio de Coordinaci\u00f3n para Contribuir a la Creaci\u00f3n y Uso de Elementos de Monitoreo y Evaluaci\u00f3n de la Pol\u00edtica Social y sus Programas y al An\u00e1lisis de la Pobreza en Quintana Roo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que un buen gobierno debe orientar su trabajo en los estudios del Consejo Nacional de Evaluaci\u00f3n de la Pol\u00edtica de Desarrollo Social (Coneval), que constituyen una gu\u00eda para emprender obras y programas.<\/p>\n<p>El Convenio fue suscrito por la gobernadora Mara Lezama Espinoza; Jos\u00e9 Nabor Cruz Marcelo, secretario ejecutivo del Coneval y el secretario del Bienestar del Estado, Pablo Bustamante Beltr\u00e1n, a fin de concretar talleres, seminarios y capacitaci\u00f3n para la construcci\u00f3n y desarrollo de indicadores de monitoreo para que los gobiernos del Estado y municipales midan sus propias intervenciones en los \u00e1mbitos social y del bienestar, adem\u00e1s de compartir metodolog\u00edas de evaluaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con lo expuesto, el an\u00e1lisis del monitoreo y estrategias permitir\u00e1n a los gobiernos del Estado y municipales medir la incidencia de los programas sociales, adem\u00e1s de establecer procesos de evaluaci\u00f3n de sus pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, la titular del Ejecutivo manifest\u00f3 que lo que se mide se puede mejorar y destac\u00f3 la importancia de medir d\u00f3nde se est\u00e1 para saber c\u00f3mo mejorar. \u201cLo que no se mide no sirve\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy el compromiso es innovar y trascender para acortar las brechas de desigualdad, sostuvo la Gobernadora luego de que se dieron a conocer estad\u00edsticas correspondientes a 2020 en cuanto a pobreza por localidad urbana y los \u00edndices de rezago social.<\/p>\n<p>La firma del Convenio tambi\u00e9n fue atestiguada por las presidentas municipales de Benito Ju\u00e1rez, Isla Mujeres y Cozumel, Ana Patricia Peralta de la Pe\u00f1a, Atenea G\u00f3mez Ricalde y Juanita Alonso Marrufo, respectivamente, al igual que el alcalde de L\u00e1zaro C\u00e1rdenas, Orlando Emir Bellos Tun.
