{"id":20781,"date":"2023-04-24T12:27:42","date_gmt":"2023-04-24T18:27:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=20781"},"modified":"2023-04-24T12:27:42","modified_gmt":"2023-04-24T18:27:42","slug":"exhortan-a-emprendedores-portomorelenses-a-aprovechar-estimulos-fiscales-para-apertura-de-empresas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/exhortan-a-emprendedores-portomorelenses-a-aprovechar-estimulos-fiscales-para-apertura-de-empresas\/","title":{"rendered":"EXHORTAN A EMPRENDEDORES PORTOMORELENSES A APROVECHAR EST\u00cdMULOS FISCALES PARA APERTURA DE EMPRESAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 24 de abril de 2023.\u2014 La presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz formul\u00f3 hoy una invitaci\u00f3n a los contribuyentes portomorelenses para que aprovechen los est\u00edmulos y beneficios fiscales autorizados el pasado 14 de abril en el marco de XXXVII Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria de Cabildo para los emprendedores del municipio.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese sentido, record\u00f3 que, previo al D\u00eda Mundial del Emprendedor, celebrado el 16 de abril, los ayuntamientos quintanarroenses se sumaron al Acuerdo de Est\u00edmulos Fiscales para Personas Emprendedoras, que estar\u00e1 vigente los meses de abril y mayo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La decisi\u00f3n de otorgar est\u00edmulos y beneficios fiscales se tom\u00f3 ante las dificultades que, por sus costos, afrontan los emprendedores para cumplir requisitos previos a la apertura de un negocio. Con esto se espera generar confianza entre los ciudadanos en general para que se acerquen a las instituciones p\u00fablicas para realizar los tr\u00e1mites necesarios para abrir nuevas empresas.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Alcaldesa apunt\u00f3 que, por acuerdo del Cabildo, para el aviso de terminaci\u00f3n de obra se autoriz\u00f3 un descuento del 30 por ciento en el pago de derechos de uso de suelo habitacional y 20 por ciento para uso comercial o mixto. El beneficio no aplica para uso tur\u00edstico ni industrial.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el caso de la Constancia de Uso de Suelo para Construcci\u00f3n, el descuento es del 50 por ciento para uso de suelo habitacional, aplicable para zonificaci\u00f3n base, y de 20 por ciento para uso de suelo comercial o mixto. Se excluyen los usos tur\u00edsticos e industrial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para la Constancia de Uso de Suelo Comercial se autoriz\u00f3 30 por ciento de descuento en derechos, aplicable \u00fanicamente para bajo y mediano riesgo. Se excluyen de ese beneficio hoteles y sus centros de consumo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Respecto a los derechos por Permisos para Anuncios, el descuento es del 30 por ciento, aplicable \u00fanicamente para bajo y mediano riesgo y no incluye hoteles ni sus centros de consumo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, la Presidenta Municipal apunt\u00f3 que, de acuerdo con lo probado, los est\u00edmulos aplican para negocios de nueva creaci\u00f3n, de bajo y mediano riesgo.
