{"id":20402,"date":"2023-04-03T19:59:24","date_gmt":"2023-04-04T01:59:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=20402"},"modified":"2023-04-03T19:59:24","modified_gmt":"2023-04-04T01:59:24","slug":"blanca-merari-instala-y-toma-protesta-a-la-comision-del-servicio-profesional-de-carrera-honor-y-justicia-de-seguridad-publica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/blanca-merari-instala-y-toma-protesta-a-la-comision-del-servicio-profesional-de-carrera-honor-y-justicia-de-seguridad-publica\/","title":{"rendered":"BLANCA MERARI INSTALA Y TOMA PROTESTA A LA COMISI\u00d3N DEL SERVICIO PROFESIONAL DE CARRERA, HONOR Y JUSTICIA DE SEGURIDAD P\u00daBLICA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 3 de abril de 2023.\u2014 La presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz encabez\u00f3 hoy el evento protocolario de instalaci\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n del Servicio Profesional de Carrera, Honor y Justicia de la Secretar\u00eda Municipal de Seguridad P\u00fablica y Tr\u00e1nsito de Puerto Morelos, tom\u00f3 la protesta y entreg\u00f3 los respectivos nombramientos a sus integrantes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En su intervenci\u00f3n, destac\u00f3 que instalar esa Comisi\u00f3n es de suma importancia para la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica municipal, en concreto para la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica, que cumple as\u00ed con la regulaci\u00f3n federal y estatal. Adem\u00e1s, constituye un gran avance en los procedimientos que regulan el actuar de los elementos de la corporaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde luego, esto brinda a la poblaci\u00f3n confianza en que recibir\u00e1 mejor atenci\u00f3n, en tiempo, forma y con apego a los procedimientos legales, y tambi\u00e9n porque el actuar de los elementos ser\u00e1 vigilado y regulado, tanto para analizar y determinar su buen actuar y desempe\u00f1o, como para desahogar procedimientos por faltas cometidas, subray\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, dijo que esos puntos son tan importantes como priorizar que el personal tenga capacidad y experiencia para que su desempe\u00f1o sea el que los ciudadanos exigen, adem\u00e1s de que conozcan los procedimientos legales para actuar a favor de la gente.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEn Puerto Morelos trabajamos con certeza, legalidad, independencia, imparcialidad, objetividad, eficacia, y transparencia, conceptos que ser\u00e1n eje rector de la Comisi\u00f3n, cuyo objetivo es el mismo: responder a nuestra gente con honestidad y eficiencia. Tambi\u00e9n es primordial que la poblaci\u00f3n sepa y tenga la certeza de que, si hay alguna falta, ser\u00e1 investigada y la resoluci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 transparente, pero tambi\u00e9n respetar\u00e1 los derechos humanos de los elementos de Seguridad P\u00fablica\u201d, remarc\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A su vez, Alfredo Edgardo Valdez de Le\u00f3n, secretario municipal de Seguridad P\u00fablica y Tr\u00e1nsito y presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n, destac\u00f3 que \u00e9ste ser\u00e1 un \u00f3rgano colegiado que regular\u00e1 la conducta de los polic\u00edas, pero tambi\u00e9n reconocer\u00e1 su esfuerzo y trabajo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n integran la Comisi\u00f3n, como secretario instructor, Israel Ad\u00e1n Pinz\u00f3n Loyola, director de Asuntos Jur\u00eddicos de la corporaci\u00f3n y como vocales: Areli Guadalupe Mej\u00eda Pool, Luz Elizabeth Galeana Catal\u00e1n, Joaqu\u00edn Poot Acosta, Jorge Luis Villegas Cerino, Fernando Gallardo Aguirre, Sergio Donato Chal\u00e9 G\u00f3mez y Lindesay Franco Cox, representante de los elementos policiales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En la ceremonia tambi\u00e9n estuvieron: Jos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Espinosa Pay\u00e1n, secretario general del Ayuntamiento; Alberto Arelle Sergent, s\u00edndico y secretario de la Comisi\u00f3n de Seguridad P\u00fablica; Gonzalo Calder\u00f3n Poot, regidor y presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Seguridad P\u00fablica, Polic\u00eda y Tr\u00e1nsito; \u00c1lvaro Gerardo Capetillo Villa, subsecretario de Seguridad P\u00fablica; Mirna Leticia Ram\u00edrez Cetina, contralora municipal y Alan Pat Escobedo, visitador adjunto de la Comisi\u00f3n de los Derechos Humanos del Estado en
