{"id":19488,"date":"2023-02-09T14:45:12","date_gmt":"2023-02-09T20:45:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=19488"},"modified":"2023-02-09T14:51:43","modified_gmt":"2023-02-09T20:51:43","slug":"firma-gobierno-de-blanca-merari-convenios-para-pagar-adeudos-del-ayuntamiento-con-el-imss","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/firma-gobierno-de-blanca-merari-convenios-para-pagar-adeudos-del-ayuntamiento-con-el-imss\/","title":{"rendered":"FIRMA GOBIERNO DE BLANCA MERARI CONVENIOS PARA PAGAR ADEUDOS DEL AYUNTAMIENTO CON EL IMSS"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"width: 640px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-19488-1\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Audio.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Audio.mp4\">https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Audio.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<p>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 9 de febrero de 2023.\u2014 El gobierno de la alcaldesa Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz y el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) firmaron hoy dos convenios, con los que se liquidar\u00e1n 80 millones 716 mil pesos correspondientes a adeudos heredados de la anterior administraci\u00f3n municipal, que descont\u00f3 a los trabajadores del Ayuntamiento sus cuotas obrero-patronales en 2020 y 2021 pero omiti\u00f3 el pago correspondiente a la instituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Del total, 33 millones 517 mil 242 pesos con 62 centavos corresponden a cuotas obrero-patronales relativas a los seguros de riesgos de trabajo, enfermedades y maternidad, invalidez, guarder\u00edas y prestaciones sociales, que ser\u00e1n liquidados en 72 mensualidades fijas, en tanto que 47 millones 198 mil 086 pesos con 80 centavos del seguro de retiro, cesant\u00eda en edad avanzada y vejez se pagar\u00e1n en 52 pagos semestrales.<\/p>\n<p>Se aclar\u00f3 que, al comienzo de la actual administraci\u00f3n, de acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n que ten\u00edan la Tesorer\u00eda Municipal y la Direcci\u00f3n de Recursos Humanos, el adeudo con el IMSS era de 88 millones 016 mil 930 pesos, que con los meses ulteriores y actualizaciones llegaron a 99 millones 403 mil 801 pesos, pero derivado de gestiones ante el IMSS, se hicieron pagos iniciales que redujeron el monto.<\/p>\n<p>La Presidenta Municipal dijo que asumi\u00f3 el gobierno consciente de los retos, pero no imagin\u00f3 es que el principal problema ser\u00eda la fragilidad de las arcas municipales, resultado de la corrupci\u00f3n de la pasada administraci\u00f3n, que le hered\u00f3 irregularidades financieras que dieron origen a denuncias por la presunci\u00f3n de diversos delitos.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, manifest\u00f3 que, al no pagar al Seguro Social, se puso en riesgo a los trabajadores y se vulneraron las arcas municipales. \u201cDe no haber negociado con el IMSS, habr\u00edamos enfrentado un procedimiento legal que nos habr\u00eda dejado literalmente sin un peso para invertir en Puerto Morelos y mucho menos para cubrir sueldos y enfrentar los gastos propios del municipio\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El acuerdo de pago no deb\u00eda poner en riesgo las finanzas, estabilidad y desarrollo del municipio, considerando que el monto representa casi la quinta parte del Presupuesto de Egresos de este a\u00f1o, sostuvo. El impacto de lo que ahora se debe pagar al IMSS en capital e intereses equivale al 50 por ciento de la inversi\u00f3n que se requiere para construir el anhelado Hospital Comunitario o lo requerido para pavimentar avenidas como Tim\u00f3n, H\u00e9roes, la calle Vallarta u otras en las colonias.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLo m\u00e1s triste es que, a s\u00f3lo 7 a\u00f1os de su creaci\u00f3n, Puerto Morelos afronta esta problem\u00e1tica, pero como Presidenta Municipal les digo con voz fuerte y clara: en mi gobierno asumimos con plena madurez temas como \u00e9ste, actuaremos con responsabilidad para enderezar el rumbo. No solo eso: les garantizo que esto nunca volver\u00e1 a suceder, pues nosotros s\u00ed amamos, vivimos y seguiremos viviendo en Puerto Morelos\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSoy mujer de retos y resultados; no dejar\u00e9 pasar un solo acto que atente contra la transparencia y honestidad, porque fui electa para trabajar por los portomorelenses y su bienestar. Es mi compromiso y conf\u00edo en que las autoridades competentes cumplir\u00e1n su parte y sancionar\u00e1n los terribles actos de corrupci\u00f3n de la anterior administraci\u00f3n, denunciados el 4 de mayo de 2022\u201d, destac\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>A su vez, el secretario t\u00e9cnico Pedro Alberto Guti\u00e9rrez Varela, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que con la firma de convenios el municipio cumple la obligaci\u00f3n de pagar el adeudo y mantiene el manejo de sus finanzas para orientar el crecimiento y transformaci\u00f3n del municipio. \u201cDe lo contrario, se habr\u00eda hecho acreedor a sanciones tan graves como el embargo de las cuentas bancarias del municipio por parte de las autoridades del IMSS\u201d, advirti\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>En su intervenci\u00f3n, Alejandro Carlos S\u00e1nchez Armas Avelais, titular de la Unidad de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n y Cobranza del IMSS, afirm\u00f3 que lo que se debe festejar de la decisi\u00f3n de sacar adelante este tema es el compromiso de las autoridades de Puerto Morelos, con la defensa de los derechos de m\u00e1s de mil trabajadores municipales.<\/p>\n<p>En el evento tambi\u00e9n estuvieron presentes el s\u00edndico municipal Alberto Arelle Sergent; Jos\u00e9 Manuel \u00c1ngel Van Dick Puga y F\u00e9lix Ra\u00fal Beltr\u00e1n Giorgana, titular del \u00d3rgano de Operaci\u00f3n Administrativa Desconcentrado Estatal en Quintana Roo
