{"id":19115,"date":"2023-01-12T10:55:59","date_gmt":"2023-01-12T16:55:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=19115"},"modified":"2023-01-12T10:55:59","modified_gmt":"2023-01-12T16:55:59","slug":"conmemora-puerto-morelos-el-48-aniversario-de-la-promulgacion-de-la-constitucion-politica-de-quintana-roo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/conmemora-puerto-morelos-el-48-aniversario-de-la-promulgacion-de-la-constitucion-politica-de-quintana-roo\/","title":{"rendered":"CONMEMORA PUERTO MORELOS EL 48 ANIVERSARIO DE LA PROMULGACI\u00d3N DE LA CONSTITUCI\u00d3N POL\u00cdTICA DE QUINTANA ROO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 12 de enero de 2023.- El gobierno de Puerto Morelos conmemor\u00f3 hoy el 48 aniversario de la promulgaci\u00f3n de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado de Quintana Roo, con una ceremonia c\u00edvica encabezada por el secretario general del ayuntamiento, Jos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Espinosa Pay\u00e1n, en representaci\u00f3n de la alcaldesa Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante el evento, que tuvo lugar en la Plaza C\u00edvica frente al Palacio Municipal, el encargado de la pol\u00edtica interna del municipio destac\u00f3 que, con el gobierno de Mara Lezama Espinosa, se avanza por el camino de la transformaci\u00f3n y consolidaci\u00f3n de un Quintana Roo fuerte, pr\u00f3spero, moderno, din\u00e1mico, digno para generar desarrollo econ\u00f3mico a trav\u00e9s del turismo e inversi\u00f3n, as\u00ed como de la capacidad de su gente para encontrar una puerta de entrada al desarrollo.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cTodo esto no ser\u00eda posible en una tierra sin ley, por eso es tan importante para nosotros esta fecha que marca la entrada en vigor de los lineamientos que nos dan certeza, al mismo tiempo que fomentan el crecimiento ordenado. Es nuestra responsabilidad acatar las leyes que nos rigen, para mantener una sana convivencia, para fomentar el progreso en apego a derechos y responsabilidades, porque es el camino correcto al desarrollo\u201d, reafirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Espinosa dijo que el regirse por leyes y principios es la base para el desarrollo arm\u00f3nico de cualquier pueblo. \u201cEn Quintana Roo no somos la excepci\u00f3n y si bien nos conformamos como la entidad m\u00e1s joven del pa\u00eds, somos tambi\u00e9n un territorio de orden, en apego al marco jur\u00eddico nacional\u201d, refiri\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, Miguel \u00c1ngel Zetina Cuevas, cronista pionero de Puerto Morelos, quien fue el encargado de leer la rese\u00f1a hist\u00f3rica, indic\u00f3 que la promulgaci\u00f3n de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado, realizada hace exactamente 48 a\u00f1os, represent\u00f3 la culminaci\u00f3n de una larga lucha por parte de varias generaciones de quintanarroenses y el inicio de una nueva etapa, que ha permitido el desarrollo y crecimiento de esta sociedad sobre la base de la legalidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En su discurso, hizo un llamado a dar continuidad a la defensa del territorio de Quintana Roo, establecido en la Carta Magna del Estado, no en el af\u00e1n de enemistarse con los vecinos de Yucat\u00e1n y Campeche, sino por el hecho de reivindicar a esta joven entidad y evitar que en alg\u00fan otro momento de la historia pueda haber una agresi\u00f3n similar.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cHan pretendido quitarle al Estado la frontera original con Guatemala, que se estableci\u00f3 en el decreto con el que Porfirio D\u00edaz cre\u00f3 al territorio y que se reconoci\u00f3 como v\u00e1lido en la reforma constitucional que promovi\u00f3 L\u00e1zaro C\u00e1rdenas para restituirlo en 1935\u201d, record\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En tanto, Gelmy Uribe Estrella, directora de Eventos C\u00edvicos, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, desde la promulgaci\u00f3n de la Constituci\u00f3n del Estado, los tiempos de Quintana Roo avanzan por nuevos desaf\u00edos. \u201cNos ocupa a nosotros como ciudadanos generar las condiciones para que vivamos con bienestar y es ah\u00ed donde debemos fortalecer y profundizar el verdadero sentido de lo que significa ser quintanarroense\u201d, remarc\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Durante la ceremonia c\u00edvica, a la que acudieron secretarios, directores y personal del ayuntamiento, as\u00ed como invitados especiales, se realizaron honores a la bandera y se entonaron los himnos a Quintana Roo y
