{"id":18049,"date":"2022-09-29T19:25:21","date_gmt":"2022-09-30T01:25:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=18049"},"modified":"2022-09-29T19:25:21","modified_gmt":"2022-09-30T01:25:21","slug":"blanca-merari-da-banderazo-de-arranque-a-la-rehabilitacion-del-parque-principal-de-leona-vicario","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/blanca-merari-da-banderazo-de-arranque-a-la-rehabilitacion-del-parque-principal-de-leona-vicario\/","title":{"rendered":"BLANCA MERARI DA BANDERAZO DE ARRANQUE A LA REHABILITACI\u00d3N DEL PARQUE PRINCIPAL DE LEONA VICARIO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Leona Vicario, Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 29 de septiembre de 2022.\u2014 La presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz dio hoy el banderazo para la primera etapa de las obras de rehabilitaci\u00f3n del parque principal de esta comunidad, que incluir\u00e1n la demolici\u00f3n y construcci\u00f3n del quiosco en otro punto; remozamiento de las oficinas del Registro Civil y nuevos ba\u00f1os, entre otros trabajos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Nuestra prioridad es el quiosco, que est\u00e1 en muy mal estado, pero no vamos a invertir las cantidades exorbitantes que se ha dicho&#8221;, dijo la Presidenta Municipal, quien coment\u00f3 que su administraci\u00f3n tiene prioridades, sabe que debe cumplirle a la gente y tiene voluntad para hacer bien las cosas.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las obras incluir\u00e1n la rehabilitaci\u00f3n del busto de Leona Vicario, las oficinas del Registro Civil, las palapas y el escenario, confirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Vamos a sacar adelante a esta administraci\u00f3n. Sabemos que hay rezagos en la pavimentaci\u00f3n y la renovaci\u00f3n de luminarias, producto de a\u00f1os de abandono, pero ya estamos trabajando en la primera de esas \u00e1reas. Sabemos que vamos en la ruta correcta&#8221;, prosigui\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A su vez, Mar\u00eda de los \u00c1ngeles L\u00f3pez Barrientos, secretaria municipal de Obras y Servicios P\u00fablicos, sostuvo que el parque de Leona Vicario, como todos, es un espacio dedicado a la convivencia familiar, pero \u00e9ste nunca fue rehabilitado y por eso ya representa un riesgo para quienes lo visitan, principalmente el quiosco.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, precis\u00f3 que en esta primera etapa se invertir\u00e1 un mill\u00f3n 802 mil 503 pesos de recursos propios en la rehabilitaci\u00f3n del parque, mejoramiento de las condiciones de su estructura, trabajos de trazo y nivelaci\u00f3n, desmontaje de barandal, excavaci\u00f3n de cepas, zapatas aisladas, cadena, relleno y construcci\u00f3n del nuevo quiosco.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En el evento la Presidenta Municipal estuvo acompa\u00f1ada por los regidores Juana Mar\u00eda Chac\u00f3n Canch\u00e9 y Gonzalo Calder\u00f3n Poot; Limbert Cruz Pancardo, delegado; Jos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Espinosa Pay\u00e1n, secretario general; Mar\u00eda de los \u00c1ngeles L\u00f3pez Barrientos, secretaria de Obras y Servicios P\u00fablicos; Mar\u00eda Teresa Casta\u00f1eda S\u00e1nchez, presidenta del Comit\u00e9 de Vigilancia de la obra, y Jorge Alberto Cruz Hern\u00e1ndez, representante de la empresa Construcci\u00f3n y Coordinaci\u00f3n de Proyectos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
