{"id":17229,"date":"2022-07-14T14:30:51","date_gmt":"2022-07-14T20:30:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=17229"},"modified":"2022-07-14T14:30:51","modified_gmt":"2022-07-14T20:30:51","slug":"construye-blanca-merari-tziu-un-puerto-morelos-incluyente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/construye-blanca-merari-tziu-un-puerto-morelos-incluyente\/","title":{"rendered":"CONSTRUYE BLANCA MERARI TZIU UN PUERTO MORELOS INCLUYENTE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 14 de julio de 2022.- La alcaldesa Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz inaugur\u00f3 hoy el curso de capacitaci\u00f3n Lengua de Se\u00f1as Mexicana, dirigido a elementos de la Secretar\u00eda municipal de Seguridad P\u00fablica y Tr\u00e1nsito, con el objetivo de seguir construyendo una sociedad m\u00e1s incluyente.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acompa\u00f1ada por el titular de la dependencia, Alfredo Valdez de Le\u00f3n, y el director general del Sistema para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia (DIF), Antonio Chuc Pech, coment\u00f3 que la inclusi\u00f3n es una tarea integral, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del discurso, por lo que es necesaria la participaci\u00f3n de todas y todos a trav\u00e9s de hechos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Presidenta Municipal indic\u00f3 que la intenci\u00f3n del curso es, por un lado, generar mayor conocimiento, para atender adecuadamente a quienes padecen discapacidad auditiva y, por el otro, fortalecer la empat\u00eda hacia este sector de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLograr que dicha poblaci\u00f3n sea incluida en condiciones de dignidad y respeto a la vida diaria en todos los sectores, desde el laboral hasta el educativo, es una responsabilidad de sociedad y gobierno\u201d, remarc\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este contexto, Blanca Merari Tziu subray\u00f3 que es tambi\u00e9n una responsabilidad de la administraci\u00f3n que encabeza dejar atr\u00e1s las limitantes que afecten el buen desempe\u00f1o de los servidores, por lo que las capacitaciones han sido y ser\u00e1n una acci\u00f3n permanente como parte de la formaci\u00f3n de quienes laboran para los ciudadanos de Puerto Morelos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el secretario municipal de Seguridad P\u00fablica y Tr\u00e1nsito, Alfredo Valdez de Le\u00f3n, destac\u00f3 de igual forma la importancia de capacitar y promover el desarrollo educativo, profesional y humano del cuerpo policial, a fin de romper la barrera o limitaci\u00f3n de comunicaci\u00f3n entre las personas con discapacidad auditiva y la polic\u00eda, para que en el momento que necesiten apoyo, orientaci\u00f3n, soliciten el auxilio de Seguridad P\u00fablica o acudan a realizar un tr\u00e1mite, se les pueda brindar atenci\u00f3n sin demora.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cCon estas acciones continuaremos con las principales encomiendas de nuestra Presidenta Municipal de servir, proteger y cuidar a la poblaci\u00f3n de Puerto Morelos y a sus visitantes, sin que exista ninguna limitante y desaparecer cualquier barrera de comunicaci\u00f3n\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En su mensaje, el director general del DIF, Antonio Chuc Pech, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el curso tiene mucha relevancia, ya que los elementos de Seguridad P\u00fablica mantienen contacto directo con la ciudadan\u00eda de Puerto Morelos.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u201cAgradezco a Emilia Abril Pineda Perera, psic\u00f3loga de la Asociaci\u00f3n Comunicando Manos A.
