Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 7 de julio de 2022.- En apego al compromiso del gobierno de la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz con la transparencia, la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas y el combate a la corrupci\u00f3n, hoy dio inicio en la Sala de Cabildo el curso-taller sobre la Ley General de Responsabilidades Administrativas y C\u00f3digo de \u00c9tica de los Servidores P\u00fablicos.<\/strong><\/p>\n

El objetivo es dar a conocer y actualizar a los servidores p\u00fablicos municipales sobre las disposiciones b\u00e1sicas que norman la conducta institucional, pero tambi\u00e9n ofrecerles un espacio de reflexi\u00f3n en cuanto al sentido social de servir a la ciudadan\u00eda y a la comunidad.<\/p>\n

\n

En este marco, el secretario t\u00e9cnico del ayuntamiento, Pedro Guti\u00e9rrez Varela, agradeci\u00f3, a nombre de la alcaldesa Blanca Merari Tziu, a los funcionarios del ayuntamiento de Benito Ju\u00e1rez por coadyuvar en la capacitaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica de Puerto Morelos.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Asimismo, resalt\u00f3 la importancia de fortalecer el esquema de combate a la corrupci\u00f3n con el cumplimiento estricto de las normas jur\u00eddicas. En ese contexto reflexion\u00f3 sobre el paso de las leyes sancionatorias que aplicaban y est\u00e1n vigentes en contra de los funcionarios a las acciones preventivas implementadas en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, a trav\u00e9s de los c\u00f3digos de \u00e9tica.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cSe trata de que el servidor p\u00fablico se concientice frente a la sociedad, desempe\u00f1ando su trabajo cabalmente con honestidad, transparencia, claridad, honradez y, por supuesto, eficacia\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Por su parte, la contralora municipal, Leticia Ram\u00edrez Cetina, destac\u00f3 que en Puerto Morelos se hace un esfuerzo inmenso para que la \u00e9tica sea la sustancia de la administraci\u00f3n municipal y la ley solo la \u00faltima medida. \u201cCada d\u00eda tratamos de que nuestras acciones sean preventivas y de mejora, de logros tangibles para nuestra gente. Esta es la filosof\u00eda de trabajo del gobierno de nuestra presidenta Blanca Merari Tziu\u201d, abund\u00f3.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cPensar que un gobierno y todo su aparato administrativo trabajar\u00e1 de manera id\u00f3nea, eficaz y eficiente, movido s\u00f3lo por la amenaza permanente de normas severas a la caza de fallas y equivocaciones, es tener una visi\u00f3n limitada e ingenua, no s\u00f3lo del servicio p\u00fablico, sino de la naturaleza humana\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

La Contralora expuso que la atenci\u00f3n a las y los ciudadanos; la manera de interactuar con los compa\u00f1eros, superiores y subordinados y, desde luego, el cabal cumplimiento de la misi\u00f3n institucional encomendada, son los tres elementos fundamentales de la \u00e9tica del servicio p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n

El curso taller, que tendr\u00e1 una duraci\u00f3n de 8 horas y est\u00e1 dirigido a servidores p\u00fablicos de todos los niveles, fue impartido por \u00c1ngel de Jes\u00fas Cupul Gonz\u00e1lez, titular de la Unidad Jur\u00eddica de la Contralor\u00eda de Benito Ju\u00e1rez, en representaci\u00f3n de la titular Reyna Arceo Rosado, y otros funcionarios de la dependencia.<\/p>\n

Durante la inauguraci\u00f3n estuvieron presentes la tesorera Ana Isabel Luna Garc\u00eda; el s\u00edndico municipal Alberto Arelle Sergent, y el octavo regidor Tirso Esquivel \u00c1vila.<\/strong><\/p>\n
