2021.- La presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz se reuni\u00f3 con autoridades educativas del Estado, con el objetivo de estrechar lazos de colaboraci\u00f3n en favor de la comunidad estudiantil de Puerto Morelos, en el marco del proceso de regreso a clases presenciales, luego de la pausa provocada por la pandemia de Covid-19.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la reuni\u00f3n, en la que participaron Carlos Gorocica Moreno, subsecretario de Educaci\u00f3n en la Zona Norte, y Miguel Medina Cortazar, director de Planeaci\u00f3n de los Servicios Educativos de Quintana Roo (SEQ), se anunci\u00f3 que se gestionar\u00e1 la construcci\u00f3n de una escuela primaria en la cabecera municipal, con el objetivo de atender la demanda educativa ante el crecimiento poblacional.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEs una buena noticia para las familia portomorelenses, ya que el poder contar con mayor infraestructura educativa y otros proyectos, redundar\u00e1n en beneficio de nuestras ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes\u201d, destac\u00f3 la Presidenta Municipal, quien reiter\u00f3 que su administraci\u00f3n es una aliada de la educaci\u00f3n, ya que solo as\u00ed se puede mejorar la sociedad y cambiar al mundo.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cabe mencionar que a causa de la pandemia instituciones privadas en el municipio cerraron sus puertas y para garantizar que todos los estudiantes tengan un espacio en los planteles p\u00fablicos, se abri\u00f3 el turno vespertino de nivel primaria en la escuela \u201cMiguel \u00c1ngel Gonz\u00e1lez Quijano\u201d, ubicada en el fraccionamiento Villas la Playa, es por ello que resulta de suma importancia tener m\u00e1s aulas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El arranque del ciclo escolar 2021-2022 ha sido paulatino para garantizar que sea seguro y responsable, aplicando las medidas de higiene que marca la Secretar\u00eda de Salud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En la reuni\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n participaron el regidor Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Vera Uribe y la directora de Eventos
