{"id":15468,"date":"2021-10-15T17:31:07","date_gmt":"2021-10-15T23:31:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=15468"},"modified":"2022-02-08T17:33:18","modified_gmt":"2022-02-08T23:33:18","slug":"instala-gobierno-de-puerto-morelos-el-consejo-municipal-de-proteccion-civil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/instala-gobierno-de-puerto-morelos-el-consejo-municipal-de-proteccion-civil\/","title":{"rendered":"Instala Gobierno de Puerto Morelos el Consejo Municipal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 15 de octubre de 2021.\u2014 <\/strong>Con la encomienda de elaborar y promover acciones de coordinaci\u00f3n y planeaci\u00f3n encaminadas a la prevenci\u00f3n, el secretario general del Ayuntamiento, Jos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Espinosa Pay\u00e1n, instal\u00f3 hoy, ante representantes de los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno, el Consejo Municipal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con el inicio de la administraci\u00f3n 2021\u20132024 y, conforme lo marca la ley, se conform\u00f3 este organismo, que deber\u00e1 sesionar ordinariamente dos veces al a\u00f1o y de forma extraordinaria las veces que sea necesario y dictar sesi\u00f3n permanente cuando as\u00ed se requiera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese marco, el encargado de la pol\u00edtica interna del municipio se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las experiencias vividas con el paso de poderosos huracanes permitieron forjar la identidad de esta tierra, en la que prevalece la cultura de la prevenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEn Puerto Morelos seguimos fortaleci\u00e9ndonos como una sociedad firme y, si bien es cierto que sobre la naturaleza no tenemos control, sobre las acciones humanas s\u00ed, para cuidarnos y protegernos mediante el Consejo Municipal, que servir\u00e1 como \u00f3rgano de consulta y participaci\u00f3n para coordinar acciones de prevenci\u00f3n, auxilio, apoyo y recuperaci\u00f3n ante cualquier cat\u00e1strofe\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el coordinador municipal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, Rodolfo Ruiz Hern\u00e1ndez, exhort\u00f3 a los integrantes del organismo a sumarse al llamado para trabajar y mitigar los riesgos que conllevan las temporadas de fen\u00f3menos hidrometeorol\u00f3gicos.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEn el municipio tenemos 38 refugios, que pueden albergar a m\u00e1s de 4 mil 600 personas en caso de alguna emergencia\u201d, abund\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Consejo Municipal qued\u00f3 integrado por la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, como titular del organismo; Jos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Espinosa Pay\u00e1n, secretario ejecutivo y, en la coordinaci\u00f3n general, Rodolfo Ruiz Hern\u00e1ndez, adem\u00e1s del s\u00edndico y regidores, entre otros funcionarios de los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno y representantes de la sociedad civil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En su mensaje, Adri\u00e1n Mart\u00ednez Ortega, titular de Coordinaci\u00f3n Estatal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil manifest\u00f3 el respaldo del gobernador Carlos Joaqu\u00edn Gonz\u00e1lez, quien trabaja de la mano con todos los ayuntamientos, como presidente del Sistema Estatal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, buscando siempre una reducci\u00f3n de riesgos y prevenci\u00f3n de desastres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&#8212;&#8211;00000&#8212;&#8211;<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 15 de octubre de 2021.\u2014 Con la encomienda de elaborar y promover acciones de coordinaci\u00f3n y planeaci\u00f3n encaminadas a la prevenci\u00f3n, el secretario general del Ayuntamiento, Jos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Espinosa Pay\u00e1n, instal\u00f3 hoy, ante representantes de los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno, el Consejo Municipal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil.
